After reading some good reviews about New China, I decided to give it a try. I was greatly disappointed. I arrived around 2 p.m., so the place was almost empty except for one other patron. There was no buffet, there was only seating for about 12 people and it was hot inside there. I ordered my food and it was finished shortly. The food was only average at best. The egg rolls were not cooked properly and the food was bland. I looked for salt and paper on my table, but there were only empty napkin holders. I had to ask for salt and pepper, and I was only given two napkins for my dine in experience and my "canned soda" was not very cold. I do not see myself eating here again.

Their food is really good and I have ordered there several times but this is the first time that I have woke up sick from their food. I shouldve known something bad was going to happen when I called and the person on the phone knew my exact address and my name after not ordering for two months. Feels like I have strep. I hope whatever this is passes quickly because I just had a newborn baby. To whoever put their germs in my seaseme chicken , thanks. You all have lost a customer.

The worst service I have ever had. I was screamed at on the phone because of there mess up. I had to drive 5 miles to the store to have it fixed. While at the store I was screamed at again for asking to have it fixed. As leaving I asked for something extra for having to drive there and was told yes if I pay for it. Lol. Then the guy that screamed at me told me he didnt care if I came back, and screamed leave. The worst experience ever.

Employees lie about delivery service. At 1st they said they never had my order, then said oh... its already left...that was an hour ago. I live 7 mins away. No reason to lie... no reason for it to take almost 2 hours for a delivery on a Sunday mid day.

Ive eaten at several Chinese restaurants in Memphis but this one by far as the best overall value and flavour. I will eat here often. There egg rolls are the best Ive ever tasted. Other restaurants have better service but the food here is the best.

After a long day of craving Chinese, i open my food to find a long ass string of hair in my food. Completely disgusting. On the other hand they handled the situation nicely. Got my money back and left.

Their services suck. I had them deliver my food to my home, only for them to mess up my order and take a whole hour & a half to bring back what I purchased. By that time my food was cold & stale.
