We LOVE the Margaritas on West Main. We have been patronizing Margaritas when it was still part of Laredos out in Fairview. Living in El Paso for 9 years, Margaritas was as near to authentic as the mexican food in Texas was. The staff is always friendly and the food always comes out hot and fast. Just a couple of the servers have a little difficulty with english, but considering when we first started going there, some couldnt speak english at all and couldnt wait tables, but they took courses to learn it. I give them a lot of credit for trying so hard to learn english. I bet not many of us that were going to go to Mexico would take the time to learn spanish. We have NEVER expierenced price changing. The tacos do come with shredded cheese on top, but if you order cheese (that comes in a bowl), it does cost $3.29. Ask your server what the cost of the margaritas are before you order them! On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays the margaritas (lime only) come in the big glasses and are $5.00. The other days they are $2.00 in a standard margarita glass. Speciality flavors (ie: banana, peach, watermelon, raspberry etc) come in 2 different sizes and start at like $5.99.

I do like the food and the services is usually good. However, the last time we went there we had 2 roaches on our table and they were almost not wanting to move us and we just got up and moved anyway and I felt like the waitress was mad about it. She would check her other tables but not ours. Our food was fine but the waitress would slam our drinks down. We get the same thing every time but this time it was magically almost 6 dollars more.....I did not leave a tip but I am imagining she got one anyway by over charging us. All because we didnt want to sit at a table with 2 roaches crawling on it....

This place is one of our favorites. We moved the metro St. Louis area about 2 years ago and have frequented this place about once every few weeks. The decor is nothing great, but the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely not your standard Tex-Mex place. Id recommend the Tacos de Carne Asada and the Chicken Chimichanga. We almost always get these dishes. Cant go wrong with the $0.99 margaritas everyday either!!

The food doesnt have an authentic taste. The service is horrible all the staff seem as if your questions are a bother. Their drinks are overpriced and they use very cheap tequila for margaritas. The food portions are small on most dishes. The place is always packed but thd atmosphere and services is not good as they were when first opened. I never go here anymore for anything. Id rather go around the corner to Mariachis.

Horrible service, waiter ignored our table while servicing multiple tables around us. Had to leave the table several times to ask for someone to take our order. One waitress, who provided service for the tables on both side of us told us that she was not our waitress and walked away. Waited an hour at the table without food before we told them we were leaving. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Horrible service! Our waitress lied to us about the price of our margaritas. The salsa is very bland. The food was also very sub par. When I went to pay and told them about the attempted price gouge he said he would give it to me at the price she told us. He didnt! So... Crooked establishment! Be sure and avoid this place!!!

Ok- first of all our server was a JERK. Out food had no flavor, our chilli Renos werent cleaned properly , took over 30 mins to get us our food, and the Margaritas were so watered down and the mix had gone bad. Ya... I was. I will never go back nor tell someone to try this place unless I didnt like them...

The drinks were the worst margaritas Ive ever had. The waitress made it very clear that she had no knowledge of how drinks are mixed and prepared. The food came quick but it taste like nothing. Very bland and unappetizing . Salsa too spicy. Horrible place. Should rename the restaurant .

The food is good but every time I come here its a different price and different rules. I order the same thing every time but its always rung up different. One day they charge you for something the next visit they dont. And it doesnt help that they understand English nor speak it

Every time we go we get our food hot and fast. The food is great tasting, too. Even our kids love the salsa and chips. The chips arent greasy or salty. I can order veggie items and can also alter orders. The servers have always been great to us.

The location is what draws people in but the food, drinks and service are horrible. Take a short walk behind this restaurant and go to the yellow door marked Casa Maria. Casa Marias food, drinks and service is far superior ! You wont regret it!

The last couple of times I went, I wasnt very pleased. The beans and rice tasted like they were from the previous day and the margaritas were watered down. I wont be going back for awhile.
