While I initially was sad to learn that my go-to Vietnamese spot had disappeared, I was happily surprised to see what had replaced it. Panchos has great food, their tacos in particular are fantastic. The meat is wonderful and their sauces are delicious and nicely spiced.I went there initially for just a quick dinner but ended up loving it so much that I went there again the following day for lunch and bought extra for breakfast the day after. Sufficed to say I will be coming here a lot in the future.The service is great too, they are all very nice and will readily answer any questions you might have. Just a top notch place really.

The food tasted like store bought everything. I could at least tell the salsa and tortillas and chips were all mission brand from walmart. The fajitas tasted like plain chicken with peppers and they dont give free queso with the salsa and chips. In every state they give free unlimited salsa and queso with chips. I could make a better mexican restaurant at my house than anything here. Im just lucky I know what a real mexican restaurant is.

This Mexican Restaurant is by far THE BEST place to get Mexican food! The ingredients are always fresh, and the food is always amazing and clean! The whole restaurant seems very clean and the waiting staff are great at what they do! This is most definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Food has always been good, service is good, but inevitably I end up finding hair in my food. Neither my husband or I have ever sent anything back or addresses it with the staff, we just havent returned after 3 visits having the same issue. Sad, bc everything else was good.

Eat here often. Service and quality are always tops. Food is delicious and affordable, and the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who isnt familiar with Alton to eat here if they are looking for good, authentic Mexican food.

Riviera Maya is a skidmark above average. Friendly staff. I think a 3 star review is fair. The taste of the tortilla soup always varies. There needs to be consistency. Threw the soup out this last time. It was a huge letdown.

Ive tried several of the menu items and most of them are just above average for Mexican food in the area. The tacos are absolutely delicious though and the service is outstanding. Ask what the margarita special is.
