Typically, after a few years most local restaurants tend to go downhill. Fletchers has remained very consistent over a long period of time. The space is very well maintained and the staff is typically above average in attentiveness. The food is consistent as well. They do a particularly good job with pork. The house made chicken salad is one of the best Ive had. The grilled zucchini is a great pick for a side with any lunch or dinner option. Thinking about a chain for dinner? Go here instead.

Talk about a diamond in the rough. Fletchers is a great alternative to the mega chains that keep sprawling into the cornfields in OFallon/Shiloh. The menu has something for everyone, portions are appropriate, and the service was above average. Overall, my experience was that of a high-end restaurant (relative to the local competition), but the tab was very reasonable.

This is one of those non-chain restaurant/bars that you are glad to have found. The menu leans heavily towards traditional bar food with some interesting deviations. Mondays have a steak special that has a good sized steak and one side for $10. There is also a decent sized bar where you can either drink, eat, or wait for your take out order. There is plenty of parking.

$10 12oz KC strip special on Monday is the best deal in town. The steak was cooked to perfection and it tasted better than any of the big steakhouses in the entire area. The service was fast and friendly. Everything was clean and classy. Do yourself a favor and have dinner there next Monday or anyday!

I had the steak special - a Kansas City strip steak. Steak had a great flavor and you had the choice of 1 side. Very reasonably priced. One suggestion for the cook - if there is grissle on the long edge of the steak, trim it off.

Fletchers is a Belleville gem; generally well maintained with a great staff and good food. If you are sick of the chains with generic pre-prepared food and disheartened workers - try Fletchers out.

Always good food and good service! Steaks, sandwiches & pizza all at a fair price. They also have a nice new enclosed patio with large LED TVs to watch the big game on. Highly Recommend!
