I will say that rarely do I review restaurants, unless the service/food is quite exceptional, or rather horrid. In this case, after enjoying Wingers in Nampa on several occasions, this was the one which warranted me to deviate from my standard 15% gratuity and leave a $.23 tip to even out my bill. We were seated just minutes after happy hour ended even though there was a number of available seating and staff to accommodate us and this smaller restaurant. When we asked for a few minutes we didnt expect the server to disappear for 15 mins. Once we placed our order it had taken well near 45 minutes for kids burgers and a plate of their stick fingers dinner. My plate being delayed by the supposed fresh batch of (very stale) chips. For that delay the GM dropped off a free dessert which we decided to take on the road, since this would definitely be our last visit for a while. Upon asking a second time for boxes and to use the free coupon, the server returned with the dessert stated she removed the item for the discount and asked to take my card..."WITHOUT PROVIDING ME A TICKET FOR TOTAL AMOUNT!?!?!" Never okay! When I saw my bill, I was simply going to leave a fat zero in the tip section. However the $49.77 was bugging me, thus I evened it out, and Wingers you got another .23 cents. Get your act together, I enjoyed the food, and I can recommend the Drunken Pig burger, but not this location.

Have been going for years to wingers and this was the first time we had been told when you order the endless wings lunch special you couldnt take even the frys and original wings from the first plate home. Was told this was the rule for years just servers never implemented it. I understand people could abuse it but nothing on the menu states this and when the server brought out our meal automatically asked us if we wanted more brought out. So when we didnt eat the extras they took them and threw them away. No wonder the food is high priced. The manager did listen to us and allowed us to take the original meal with us, mind you it was 11.00 meal and no extras. So if you order the endless be prepared to eat them all or they go to the trash will not let you take them. Was disappointed on how the whole situation was handled, feel that it should be mentioned somewhere.

This Wingers is what is to be expected, decent food, decent atmosphere but thats about it. For a restaurant that calls itself "wingers" they sure do not put much emphasis on wings. Recently I was very disappointed when I ordered the all you can eat wings special. The garlic flavor chicken wings had been removed from the menu and replaced with another flavor that basically tastes exactly like the others. The flavors are too similar in my opinion. If I want wings now, I would probably go to Buffalo Wild wings. More interesting flavors to choose from.

If you want to be thirsty, hungry, ignored and finally have an excuse for NOT leaving a tip, this may be your restaurant of choice. Customer service was virtually non-existent. Really cannot recommend this establishment. One waitress sat...yes, she pulled up a chair and SAT...and visited with a table for 20 minutes while we waited for service. The bartender told us she would bring us a drink which never appeared; eventually we grabbed a busboy who was kind enough to arrange a refreshment. The food was not enough to make us go again.

My wife and I came tonight just after the busy time. We had an excellent server. All the staff were very friendly. But the best part was the food tasted so good! We went to this location a few months ago and it pretty good. Tonight the cooks were just solid. Everything we ate had great flavor, was made well, and was presented great. We had the Baja burger, wings, house salad, sticky fingers, fries. It was all fantastic. Im definitely going to get the Baja burger again.

Dont eat here. The only good things were the beer and the steak fries. My burger was small and overcooked and the "garlic aioli" was really non-existent, no flavor to the burger. The ranch was so bland - no flavor, worst Ive had. My sons loaded bbq dish was terrible - mushy chicken, weird sweet mushrooms, mashed potatoes were mushy and overcooked, liked they had been cooking all day. My daughters ribs were flavorless too. Get some seasonings people!

Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the food was awesome. First thing walking in the host was rude. Waitress was incompetent and even after being told that was our first time in, did not tell us about menu items. Offered us rootbeers that were brewed, even for the kids. Did not tell us that they did not come with the kids meals.$21 later (in kids rootbears) we find out they are not refillable. Whole experience was awful. Will not be back.

Awful. Very poor service and I ordered a drink and was waiting 20 minutes for it only to be told ran out of and ingredient so ordered another drink and had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get it. My fiance asked for ranch dressing and had wait over 20 minutes for it plus she got brought wrong food and was spicy and the waitress laughed about it. Dont bother eating here unless wanna wait and get worst service ever. Staff doesnt even care.

Horrible food. I ordered for a pick up and was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. Fourty minutes later i finally got my food. When i got home the four dollar mac and cheese i ordered for my daughter was at best kraft mac and cheese. Every bit of my ribs i had to taste burnt meat. To top it all off my wet nap was dryer than Arizona in the middle of summer. I will never go back and i dont recommend.

Our company just had Wingers cater an event. The customer service I received from Chase while figuring out all the details and ordering over the phone was very helpful. He definitely knew what he was doing. The delivery the day of was right on time and they even set everything up for you! I received several compliments from the guests on how good the food was. We will be ordering again in the future!

RE: Logan R.s review. As a (new) Manager at Wingers, and a former server there, I want to apologize for your poor experience. I would like to take the opportunity to invite you back in hopes that we can give you the service you deserved on your first visit. Please feel free to call in and tell a Manager on duty about your experience with us and we will do what we can to make it right! Leigh

I ate there "inside" about a year ago and it was delicious, but few months ago, I ordered take out, of some of their sticky fingers and the bread on them was dry and hard with very little sauce. I recently tried again hoping it was a fluke but again my take home order was horrendous, same problems, hard breaded, no sauce, and the chicken was extremely dry. If you eat there go inside!

Absolutely love coming here every Monday for wings and beer! Their wings are my favorite in town. I havent touched anything else on the menu so Im not sure about that but their names wings in classic buffalo so good. Dont come here on Saturday though. At least dont sit in the bar area. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take even a drink order and nothing. Back to Monday it is...
