NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! This is by far one of the worst timbers locations I have ever been to. 40mins to cook 2 orders of burgers and fries? Come on now. When we finally got the order we were told that they were training a new cook and thats what took so long. The first burger was burnt and cold probably because it sat in the window for 10mins. Fries were also cold. Second burger was raw inside. When we sent it back we were given huge attitude from the african american female server. SHE EVEN SAID "I DONT WANT TO TAKE IT BACK. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE, BUT YOUR STILL PAYING" When we recieved a different server, who fid take the order back she was very appologetic, but less then helpful. It took 15 mins for us to get our burgers back and they were again cold. When we brought tgem up to the bar the pregnant bartender ignored us and continued socializing with the lady she was talking to. After 5mins of waiting with plates infront of us i walked over and said excuse me but these burgers are cold. She looked at me and said thats probably because you have been sitting at my bar for the last 5mins not eating them. With that we both got up and left the food at the bar. This is not the first time that we have had attitude from the wait staff but this is the worst. We will drive to chyanne and ft apache from now on. At least the servers care. These ones should all be lwt go immediately.

Placed an order on the phone at 836 and was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes like always. Never had a problem and always had great customer service and good food until tonight 4/6/16 showed up around 850 and told them who I was and that I was going to wait for my order while I ordered a drink while I wait. Finally got my food at 920 already a little discouraged and irritated from the wait and never being checked on I decide to leave. I get home and go through the food and realize that my order is not correct and sub standard fries burnt chicken wings are burnt chicken fingers are burnt celery soggy from being placed under the hot food so I decided to call and let them know how displeased I am and they offer me a 5 dollar off coupon for my next order, Im sorry I dont want money off I want what I ordered correct maybe some empathy for spending $30 for sub quality food and last but not least try to eat this food and find a hair in my meal. Sorry guys you need to re evaluate your food quality and customer service skills would have given no stars or negative start but had to put 1 to leave my comment. Sad sad sad

First time visiting this location, and I was very pleased. The atmosphere was excellent, plenty of televisions to watch sports, the big chairs made you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The food was very good, and reasonable priced, also menu has a bit of everything. Staff was very attentive and I very happy with the speed of which food and drinks were delivered. Overall, cant go wrong with this location, Ill definitely stop by here more often in the future!

Yeah I dont know how this place was voted best bar in Vegas. A terrible beer selection and even worse staff. Once I found out they only had Goose Island IPA on tap I said "Ill just have a water" she returns with half a Goose Island. Since it was only half the glass, I just figured it was on the house (she never brought my water) and drank it. Of course I was charged the $6 for half a glass that I never wanted to begin with. Thanks for nothing Timbers.

Food exceeded my expectations. Was well presented, seasoned and cooked beautifully...compliments to the chef! Had the fish and chips and my BF had the turkey burger. He is English and also would be hard to like a "real fish and chip"...we both loved everything! Waitress was very knowledgeable and kind-excellent service. Will be coming more because of the food and service. My boyfriend and I also enjoyed the video games of our childhood after lol.

We were turned away at the door because one of our friends is 20 years old, which is probably good because the place is so smoky you cant see across it. Only go here if you looooove cigarettes. The food used to be really good and well priced too.
