Slipped and fell coming out from the restroom, while holding an infant. There were no wet floor signs at all..The staff didnt follow LNI policies and tried to blame my heeled boots... After I walked around in snow and ice in them all morning. So inappropriate to blame the customer. And to top it off they kept asking dumb questions like why I didnt see the person mopping. Um I cant see through walls!!!!! I wont be returning to any jack in the box. They cant even follow accident policies. Oh and the food was gross.

The employees were all stupid and yelling at each other like it was the most difficult thing theyve ever done. It wasnt even busy, it was like 3 on a Sunday. But it took over 15 minutes to get our order and when we did it was cold and soggy. The manager was a rude and sassy dbag.

Every time I go through the drive through 3 different times my order is missing food I tried to call no answer I live to far away to go back to tell them so I am done maybe during the day its different but the night crew needs some training

The window girl has been very nice and friendly, I did enjoy speaking with her for a couple of min while waiting.... The burger did taste very good, fresh and hot...fries and jalapenos too... Good place for a fast food!

Fast service, sat next to the fire on a chilly night while waiting for our order. Food was a bit on the cool side, but still quite good. Mistakes happen. Overall a comfortable environment.

They are slow and orders are often wrong. If you order more than 3 meals at the drive thru, they ask you to wait in front of the restaurant or park, thus you wait longer.

Went for breakfast on our way out of town. They got our order wrong one all but one. However they were quick to fix the mistakes which is great.

A little dirtier than most. A good chance of not being able to understand the person taking your order. Be amazed if they get your order right.
