I go to the this DQ because it is close to my house. I saw a commercial about putting blizzards in the waffle cones. So I took the family down for some DQ action and when we got to the counter to order the young kid behind the counter said that they were out, I thought ok maybe they had a busy day and ran out. So a week later my husband and I went in again to order waffle cone blizzards and waffle bowl sundae and the young kid behind the counter said again, we are out because the person at night did not make any cones??? What the F. This DQ sucks. Total let down! I will drive to Sonic Now!

if you havent been into Dairy Queen ever....then you must go. the 5.00 lunch deal that comes with a drink and a dessert is the best. and they make the best deserts,. they usually make the Buster bars in store and sell them in bulk so take advantage if you can. this location especially holds a big place in my heart because I rew up going to this store frequently since the 1990s . thanks team

Absolutely horrible. We walked into the store and got in line. There were three people ahead of us and no one behind the counter. We waited for five minutes and no one acknowledged any of the customers standing in line. We turned around and walked out. Anyone in customer service should know better!

Idk why it took 30 minutes for these people to serve the two customers in front of me but after waiting 15 minutes for the cashier to make 3 items I finally paid and got my food. Also was asked if I "dont want no sauce." food was fine but the service made me lose two IQ points.

This Dairy Queen is different from others. Pop was all carbonated no flavor. Blizzard was not mixed right, big mouth full chucks at the bottom. Hot deserts ă la mode was given on a banana split Lid. Really come on, Im not camping.

I think it is ridiculous that they dont take $50 or $100 bills. You would expect that if you ordered over $20 they should be able to give you $30 in change. You will be reported to the BBB.

Theyre pretty slow. While I was waiting on my food I noticed they delivered food to the wrong person for another customer. They need to pay attention to detail!

Whenever we go to get a blizzard, they never give us what we want. Theres always something missing and theres always hardly any of the candies in it. Just awful
