The food was atrocious. Their idea of prawns in lobster sauce is simply to put shrimp in Egg Flour soup. The fried rice wasnt fried at all, the crab ragoons were overcooked to the point of being inedible. The service was basically non-existent, and they did all they could to not tell us the total for our order. This isnt even to mention the fact that it took over an hour to deliver an order because they never bothered to ring it up until half an hour after the call was made. This is a horrible restaurant and not only will I not be going there again, but Ill be calling the health department to investigate. Theres no chance whatsoever that they are making food suitable for human consumption. Everyone involved should be deeply ashamed of themselves, and I would be very happy to hear about the bankruptcy of the restaurant owners. Never, ever EVER eat at this establishment under any circumstances. Eating from a dumpster would have been preferable. If I could possibly give a more negative review, I would. I am 100% convinced that any positive review this place has are fake (as can be deduced from the fact that theyre all the same exact statement) as there is no way any humn being could ever consider this place passable. Panda Garden should be deeply ashamed of themselves, and I will see to it that everyone I encounter knows to avoid this place at all costs. The owners should be deeply humiliated by their lack of any professionalism or quality to their work. I deeply hope this place goes out of business.

weve dined in and had delivery. dining in is definitely preferable. the only reason my rating is so low is because weve ordered delivery 3 times now and every time its taken well over an hour and at least one phone call (sometimes 2) to see where our food is. tonight we ordered delivery at 6pm. im typing this at 710pm and just got off the phone with them where i was told they dont know when it will be here and to "please be patient"...we wont be going here anymore which is a bummer for us because their food is actually really great. poor customer service and exorbitant waits for delivery (we live less than 2 miles from the store...yes we could get carry out but we opted for delivery) will mean our business will go elsewhere. i got the impression that they never even processed our order or started cooking it...

Delivered promptly after ordering online. Thats the best I can offer. Food was definitely sub par: warm sushi in under cooked rice, every dish drenched in sweet and sour regardless of the sauce listed on the menu. No attention to heat despite offering a choice from mild to hot. Yuck.

i have ordered delivery several times from here and they were all big orders with lots of different dishes. every time it tastes like all of the food was cooked in the same pot with the same re-used oil. all of the food tasted exactly the same.

The Spider is one of the best hand rolls I have ever had . All the long rolls were phenomenal. This place is in my top 3 for sushi around the Treasure Valley. Great service too, they are always so friendly.
