STAY AWAY!!! Food cold & owner with an attitude!!! My family ordered food from this place. Were told it would be there shortly... we waited about 1hr 20min, finally shows up. We all dig in when we realize that the food is cold. I decide to give them a call and complain about the temperature of the food as well as the long wait. The lady that picked up the food had the audacity to make excuses such as "pot stickers are supposed to be cold" and "food is supposed to be luke warm" I explain to her that we had ordered from them before and that the food was hot the other times (as if I had to justify receiving hot food to begin with) she then proceeds to tell me that if I want hot food I should "come in and eat there"?!?! Unbelievable - only Chinese that orders in the area so apparently they feel like that can treat their customers how ever they like. STAY AWAY!! I We will be sure to pick up elsewhere.

My wife and I stopped by for her pick up order tonight and its the worst Chinese food we have had in a long time. She ordered Mongolian chicken; its her favorite, and of the couple of times weve been here before, the food was great... Tonight we get home, open the box of food, and it was more onions then chicken.. Like a ridiculous amount of onions, and very bland, almost like it wasnt cooked in the Mongolian sauce, and hardly any sauce on the chicken. It didnt taste anything like Mongolian chicken, and thats very disappointing, because we were expecting good food. What a waste of money and time. We wont be returning.

Ordered a celebration dinner online for my family tonight. The House Mei Fun which is usually full of beautiful fresh flavor so, but instead I received house lomein....what disappointment ! I ordered the Sesame chicken combo with no broccoli when it arrived it was full of broccoli! This celebration dinner was to celebrate one of my daughters finally getting out of the hospital. We got a late dinner & by the time we got set up to eat & tried to call them they closed.

Nothing. Used to eat there once a week. Order delivery tonight wanted Sesame Beef and they delivered Sesame Chicken. Then when j call they tell me in wrong. I m wrong. I was a cook for many years I know the difference between the beef and chicke. If tha went bad enough they tell me if I want it corrected I have to bring it to them. Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Never again they suck.

I walked in and the first thing I see, is an extremely algae infested fish tank right at the door. The carpets were wet and dirty, the staff didnt say one word to us. Its like they ignored our presence. Me and my husband were standing at the desk looking and watching them the whole time and no one said a word to us. The sad thing is, I didnt even get to order my food, let alone taste it.

Ordered braised wings and fried rice. I must say that it was disgusting. The wings didnt look like what wings supposed to look like and the taste was even worse . The rice was old. Ill rather drive further & give another business my money.

These are terrible people and incredibly cheap. The food is okay but Ill go out of my way to go somewhere else in the future. Ps. Clean your fish tank! Thats nasty... I wonder how bad the kitchen is!

Lately when we order online they dont get our order. We wait for an hour and call just for them to say they never got the order in the first place and we have to reorder. Will not use them again.
