YUCK! Ok, 1. It stinks of natural gas when you walk in the door. 2. The food is AWFUL! Tastes like sugar dipped fried balls of melted poop and soup made of anteater urine. Got a breaded hunk of soap or detergent and the manager was like, "Oh. Well, I dont charge you. Have good day". It does get one star because of the totally cool 1970s decor. But seriously, I will poop in a bowl for you for half the price.

I order lunch for myself and a few colleagues of mine from here several times a week. Its the only Chinese food restaurant that I like in the area. I have never dined in here, however. I always order take out. The guy who cashes me out is very nice and respectful of my time. Overall Id recommend golden moon to anyone looking for an inexpensive, timely and delicious lunch option in the area.

Disappointed. I used to love the special fried shrimp and black bean sauce. The new cooks say they cant do the tempura style. I have been ordering it for years so I am not sure what the problem is. If I had to guess I would say lazy. They should be taught to make it properly. Tempura is very light. Not heavy like the almond chicken.

Been going to the Golden Moon for years now. The food is always the same and you can count on a great family experience. We also rent the back room for a family holiday get- together for a buffet and end up taking tons of food home for snack later on in the evening. You wont be disappointed by going to the Golden Moon.

Best Chinese restaurant! Live in Clarkston, and find any reason possible to pass through and eat dinner. Portion sizes are huge, good value for your money. Dont be scared off if you walk in and the tables arent bussed, they get busy and dont always get to then right away. The owners and staff are super friendly.

Our family LOVES Golden Moon, its the best Chinese food in this area. They give you lots of food, make it fresh, and every dish is great. Our favorites are the general chicken and pepper steak.

Chicken was overcooked and soggy. Drinks were somewhat flat. The servers could barely be understood. And the buffet wasnt opened when I went there. Totally a waste of time!
