I really did like going here but I had a issue today with a order. I know it was my fault for not seeing that the address I normally eat from got switched on me online, but I feel that when the manager heard I didnt see this mistake and had no idea where the other store was, she shouldve at least offered me something since I have been a loyal customer. I had to try find the other store and never did find it.I tried to call the other stores manager but the customer service was horrible. I was not helped at all. I never got my order and I couldnt even cancel the order. Now I have to pay for a meal I never even got to eat. Needless to say, I wont be back to this Panda Express ever again. I felt betrayed as a loyal customer. Im so sorry this happened but I have to rate how well I thought the customer care I received today was.

The owner of this franchise should drop everything he is doing and go see how this establishment is being run. I arrived at 11:05 and when I knocked on the locked do, the employees looked at me as if I was inconveniencing them. When the employee finally opened the door he greeted me with "food not ready, may be awhile". I walked up to the person at the register and she retorted in a bitchy manner that none of the noodles or rice are done. She did not offer a time they may be done, or even a simple apology about being behind. I stood there feeling very awkward and then left. Side note....I have never written a review on a wall before, that is how pissed poor the experience was at this panda express. I am even going to send a letter to Panda Corporate. Mind blown

Wanted to run in and quickly grab a to-go order. They ran out of chow Mein, so I had to wait for some more. No problem! But then while I was waiting for the chow Mein, they also ran out of the teriyaki chicken. They went ahead and prepared my other plates, so while I waited again for teriyaki chicken, my other food was sitting there getting cold. They never apologized and what should have taken a few minutes took half an hour. The only reason they get any stars at all is that one of the employees named Reno was super nice.

I walked in with several other people.. I was going to order chow mein & Orange chicken.. I heard the girl tell other customers that Orange chicken wasnt ready.. So I ordered a chow mein bowl with teriyaki chicken instead.. After I ordered, she tells me chow mein isnt ready.. Ok, Ill wait.. I go to pay & they tell me teriyaki isnt ready either.. I throw my hands up & say nevermind.. Every time I go in there, theyre not ready for the lunch rush.. How long does it take to catch on?

Panda Express is one of the Best American Franchise Asian Fast Food Chains today. That being said, some of the restaurants are independently owned this is one in the case. The outside of restaurant is some what less than desirable. The trash can is always constantly overflowing with trash. The staff inside are young but friendly the food is generally fresh and made-to-order its a good place to pick up a quick bite to eat I give it 4 stars

Food quality is inconsistent. Tonite i was asked for my identification when paying with my debit card. I normally just take in my debit card especially when ordering to go. I told her my ID was in the car. She told me their policy is to require ID for orders over $25. She refused to check me out saying I had to go to my car and get my ID. I took my debit card and left. I will not return.

Food is great when fresh. The staff there can be extremely slow especially during peak hours for lunch and dinner. So expect to wait 30-40 mins before you get to the front of the line. And be very clear when asking for what you want because the staff can be very inattentive even though they are looking at you

Our family eats here quite often and weve never had a bad experience. The food is always pretty good, yet at times the service is slow. Its usually crowded, so I understand the reason behind the slow service.......They have to keep getting the fresh food out because people love it so much! Awesome place here!

This place doesnt close at 9:30 by 9 they r out food n not willing to cook more since they r "about to close" 30 mins to go dude!! Better of close early whats the point of staying open if there is nothing to serve... lets not forget the horrible attitude.

I bought a family feast, (priced 31and change) they charged an extra 8 for two "premium " entrees, the "large" containers looks like regular size and not completely filled... And to make it worse, all spicy... Not coming back.... Ever

The food was rather cold and unappetizing even though it was just served to me. I accidentally spilled a drink and a worker almost crucified me with his stare. I havent come back since.
