Id honestly give ZERO stars if that was an option and I havent even tasted my food! The customer service is TERRIBLE!! I called to ask what flavor was medium, and the man who answered the phone seemed as though I was bothering him by asking for clarification. Then when I was on my way to pick up my food, a woman called me asking, "Uhhh, yeaaa are you going to come get your food?!" So, when I got there I asked to speak to a manager. I am quite positive I did NOT speak to the manager. When I told him my complaint all he said was, "Oh... Sorry" Quite frankly, as a woman who works in customer service, I did NOT appreciate being treated like my service did not matter. I am bringing business to you, and spending my hard earned money in your establishment, but you have an attitude with me? I will NEVER bring my business back here nor will I recommend it to anyone! Your money is will be spent better elsewhere!

Placed order at 10:51 through online ordering website. Wings & BBQ opens at 11:00. I had my food delivered at my job by 11:16! Everything was awesome! I did ask to be rang up for extra blue cheese because I love it and they left out blue cheese in all so I had none, but I was just really impressed with the speed. Just make sure to ask for blue cheese a few times so they wont forget it. :)

Dont call in to order your food, especially if you have two people trying to make an order to the same address. They try to play you and act like youre dumb, by charging you for the delivery fee twice; but then turn around and say theyre only charging you $1 for tax. How does a $9.95 price jump to $11.50, and youre only charging $1? Dumb as hell.

Wings are really good, the prices are reasonable. I took away one star because its a hole in the wall type of place and Im always expecting to see a bug run out of somewhere, but Ive NEVER seen a bug in the place lol. The place gets a little sketchy at night, get your food delivered if you can.

First of all the name of the place is misleading. They dont have any bbq. Then I paid $15 for 15 piece wings with fries and a can soda. Way too much. I told them to fry my wings hard and they came back undercooked. Even the fries were soggy. I definitely dont recommend this place.

The exterior of this place isnt inviting, but dont let that deter you from trying the food here. Its delicious food and decent pricing will keep me coming back for lunch pretty frequently. Pro tip: call in your order and pick it up since the waiting room us a little stuffy.

I just ordered my food one of my four burgers was made upside down, fries were soggy and greasy. Lettuce and tomato soggy. Quarter side mayo. I will never ever in my life eat here again. Those burgers should be $2.00 not 5.99 not worth it.

Twice these folks have messed up my order, said they were gonna replace it and then when I actually called to replace it they have refused. Their food is not good enough to put up with mistakes and refusal to fix those mistakes.

Price is too high for asian cooked fish fried wings. Wow where I come from the African American had the wing game on lock. This was my first time eating a wing cooked in fish grease
