The indoor decor is claustrophobic and depressing. It feels as if the customer has been transported to an alternate dimension where lost souls eat bland lunches in a dimly lit, forgotten Chinese closet. There were insects in our drinks. We ordered a $10 puu puu platter, only to be served overly-breaded, tiny shrimp and tough, nearly burnt beef with a flame bowl that burned too high and made us uneasy. The entrees were nearly tasteless. My Neptune Plate (which was supposed to contain crab meat, shrimp and scallops) was made up of pathetic vegetables, slimy shrimp, and something I suspect were strips of chicken fat, all swimming in a viscous, saliva-like sauce. In a word: uugghhh. The brown rice that was served with our dishes was undercooked and had the taste and texture of rice cooked in a microwave. Would sooner eat my own vomit than dine here again.

This is a fantastic place. I go here all the time for lunch and the occasional dinner. The servers know my face and always ask if I want a menu as I order the same thing almost every time "Garlic Chicken!!" All there food is great and amazingly priced. CURRENTLY as I write this its a bit hard to get into since there is a lot of construction going on and you have to drive behind the old cinema to get there, but its well worth it. I LOVE Chinese food and I compare all others to this place. The garlic chicken is the best. Its not WET and soupy like other places, Go there. You will love it. Its a huge part of the history of Smyrna as well.

I ordered General Tso and chicken fried rice over the phone for pickup. The woman on the phone confirmed order twice but when i arrived she said "oh i thought you said sesame chicken". She said "ok I give you sauce to make spicey". I said no I ordered General Tso not Seasme chicken with spicey sauce. I told her Id wait for them to make correctly but all she did was go in the back and have them put the chilli sauce over the sesame chicken order. Will never eat there again and I suggest you not to either. Chicken was soggy, rice bland. Never again

We love this restaurant. No, its not the most chic or expensive, but Ive been going here for probably twenty years. We take friends there and they always give rave reviews to the food! They have free delivery and fabulous prices. The portions are substantial. And theyve always been friendly to us. One friend and I spend a leisurely afternoon there every few months and they keep a watchful eye on our table, making sure we are well supplied with all we need. Needless to say, we make sure they are well thanked. Its well worth your time to visit.

This has been the Chinese Restaurant that I grew up with as a child. I have many great memories and the food is delicious and affordable. People wonder what the "BAI" on the carpet is. It use to be a "Bulvarian Alpine Inn" resturant many years ago and it has been turned into a great chinese place. My mom use to come here every Sunday after church and I still go here. It is my comfort food to say the least.

Its ok to make a mistake on a carry-out order after confirming the order. Im honestly ok with that - because it happens. But making no effort to better my experience when I have to drive back in to pick up the missing item - and offering me a coke after discussing just made it worse. Ive been coming to you all for two years, but I am done. In the future, a little customer service will go a long way.

Food was fresh and fast. Outside looks like they were closed but when you walk in they greet you in a way where you feel welcome. During my visit, everyone that walked in was a regular. I ordered the Phoenix and Dragon...very fresh...oddly I was also given 2 chicken wings. The fried rice didnt smell like it was old steam rice they they stir fried to keep it for another day....like other places

I love this place. Ive been coming here for over 15 years, and I never get bored of it. Lovely staff members (they havent aged one bit!) and great service, with an amazing flavor to their food. I have lived in several states, and have been to hundreds of chinese food restaurants (high end and cheap), and very VERY few have lived up to this place. Will keep coming here as long as I can.❤

Feeling under the weather, and it being a rainy day I wanted Chinese food. Ordered delivery. It was delivered easily with in 25-30 minutes if not sooner. The food was HOT and fresh. The portions for the price and the quality of meat was great! I was really happy with everything I order, and will 100% be ordering again. I would suggest this, especially for a quick dinner on the coach!

The outside of the building doesnt look very promising but the inside is very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Visited on a busy Sunday lunch for the buffet. Food was hot and they never let the buffet run low. Wasnt the best Chinese Ive ever had but it was pretty good! Better than I expected. I will gladly return.

Ive been getting takeout from here for years. Generals Chicken is delicious and the staff is always super friendly. Just found out they deliver to my area, but I like stopping in to say hi. I call ahead and my food is always ready within minutes of arrival. Love this place.

Omg , I just orders from them ( delivery) .. I didnt wait long for my food and when it got here or was hot & looked so delicious. It was AMAZING . the other places I order from are good but not as good as this & their closer to my house

One of the longest standing non corporate restaurants of smyrna. Ive never set foot despite living my whole life here. I dont see many cars outside, makes me think theyre a front for the Traids. Jk One day I gotta try it there.

This is the best Chinese food in the area. I drive about 6 miles, passing 10 other Chinese take out places to get here. I have been here 10+ times and will continue to get my Chinese food here.

Awesome Chinese. The ingredients are higher quality. White chicken in general tso. Service is sometimes slow but sure beats eating fake meat. Sushi is also very fresh.
