WOW. What a pleasant surprise! Small strip mall that included a Waffle House and a tanning place. We were searching for another restaurant and I just happened to see it. I had not had Chinese in a while. The wonton in the soup was delicate and light. The sauce for the crab rangoon(WOW--utterly delicious!!)was so good! I had been searching for Chicken Hunan that was just right and I found it here! The customer service impeccable! Genteel and low-key without pressure and so mellow. The décor--light touches of elegance and haute couture. Totally unexpected and definitely a restaurant I will visit again. By the way, the prices are reasonable...and the food is amazing. The only problem I had was the spring rolls were greasy and the tea too sweet but that was minor compared to the quality of the entrée. I loved My visit and I felt SO comfortable.

We placed a pick up order that was to be ready in "30 minutes". We had 12 guests waiting, they did not even start the order until I arrived for pick up. I had to wait ANOTHER 35 minutes after I arrived. They were afraid that because it was a "large" order that it was a prank. Rather than tell me that, they held me hostage. The food was disgusting and the order was incorrect. When I called to discuss this, the woman screamed at me on the phone " I repeat your order on da phone it was good, you make mistake on you order. I hung up and threw the food where it belonged, in the garbage. The worse food and service of all times.

I placed a pick up order, it took 35 minutes longer that they said because they wanted to be sure I was coming for my "large order" before preparing it. My guest were waiting, they could care less. They had the nerve to offer me a free DIET SPRITE for having to wait 35 minutes. Who the hell drinks diet sprite? They probably got it for nothing from the coke rep. Our order was wrong yet they screamed at me when I questioned them. We tossed the garbage that they prepared and had pizza. Go there at your own risk, you will be disappointed. There are other and better choices.

I live in town, and I always go there. I have tried other chinese restaurants in the area and they are good, but Chin Chin is the best chinese food I have ever tried even comparing vs. restaurants in chinatown Manhattan. We have had my family over from NY and my father said the duck is the best he has ever tried, again vs. one of the best chinese restaurants in Chinatown, canal st. NY. The service is ok, they dont have a huge smile in their face or will treat you like a king, but their food is great, and I go for the food.

Pros: Fast and friendly service, dirt cheap prices, 7 day/week lunch specials, great egg drop soup. Cons: Fried rice, kung pao chicken, lo mein, and spring rolls werent very good. The place is so-so. Ive had way better, but Ive also had way worse. The dirt cheap prices make it attractive though.

Favorite traditional Chinese place in this area. Used to come here regularly when lived in area. Great prices, food quality, and service is phenomenal! We even went here for my moms birthday one year. Stays consistent and also decent wine list. Value!
