First lets start with the drive through.....It always takes forever even with one car in front of me. I learned my lesson and went inside the last time, and guess what? The same five cars were still in the same spot. Second the food tastes like its been mixed with food from the day before. Its never fresh. The chow mein is ALWAYS DRY. This Panda express is a no go for me.

Am still sitting in the drive thru line waiting. I ordered my food 20 minutes ago and am still the 5th car from the pickup window. This is the stupidest thing Ive ever encountered. Thank you Panda Express, Im going to be late back to work from an HOUR lunch. Update: it took me 28 minutes to go from order to pick up. Never coming back here again!

The food is good, but you have to wait so long for your food if you go anywhere near lunchtime. Ive gone inside twice and both times had to wait 10+ minutes for my food to be ready. The drive thru? Not much better. So if you are in a hurry for lunch, go somewhere else. But the good really is good :-)

Been to this location probably 3 times. Last time I went through the drive thru a waited a pretty long time (it was at lunch time and they were so busy), which I totally understood. I get to the window and was offered a free drink for the wait. Great customer service!

The service is not like the other Panda Expresss around here. Ive been trapped in the drive thru line for a little over 10 minutes, and theres still two cars I front of me. Update: 5 March: Sunday at noon, drive thru is closed. Employees inside but no service.

You end waiting because some dumb reason they thought it would be a good idea to add a drive thru. Without fail, every time weve gone weve ended up waiting too long. On another note, they dont season the rice very well and it ends up tasting bland and dry.

About half the time, my order has been wrong- the other times it was super slow. I was excited to have a PE super close to work, but am taking them out of my lunch rotation after multiple 15 to 20 minute drive through wait times.

I like the food, but Ive never gone here and not had to wait. Nothing I want is ever ready, even when I change the order they dont have that. Love the brand but Im done with giving this place chances.

Worst Panda Express ever tried. At 8.30pm they are almost out of every item, for my small bowl they are literally scraping the containers & portions are served are miserably low. Very disappointing.
