Wow, I just had the absolute worst IHOP experience, ever. I usually do not do reviews however this visit merits it. I arrived with my girlfriend at 9:00 PM. We were promptly seated as the restaurant was around 75% empty. Our waiter Henry was pleasant and asked us for our order twice within the first 5 minutes. At around 7 minutes into sitting down, we were ready to order 2 dinner orders (steak tips and country fried steak) and the cheese quesadilla appetizer. Our order was taken at 9:20 PM. This is when our experience started to breaking down. Besides our order taking longer to be taken down, I noticed other 3 other tables around us not receiving their food. By 10:00 PM, one of those tables walked out and we still did not receive our appetizer. Something was really wrong. At 10:15PM we received our two dinner plates with no sides, no appetizer. Frustration is an understatement to feelings at this time, but we wanted to just eat our food and get out of there. The restaurant system was broken as I watched the hostess whip tables and seats off with her hands because they were covered in crumbs. When Henry brought the check he apologized for the long wait and offered a 20% discount (value $5). This did not even cover the price for the coke and sweet-tea we had, never mind the failed appetizer and two sides that were supposed to have come. I noticed that our order was printed at 9:37PM, and not right after it was taken at 9:20PM. I kindly asked what happened to make the wait so long and he responded by “something in the kitchen, I don’t know, your order only takes like 14 minutes to make…” Between the long wait to make an order, the extra time it took to put it in, the long wait for the food, the appetizer and sides that never appeared, the half answer from the waiter, the no apology from the supervisor in charge, the hostess bussing tables, and finally the inadequate discount for the improper services, I will no longer be going back to this location.

Purchased a Groupon on 2/28/17 for $10 you get $17 worth of food was the deal. Called my order in, then went to pick it up. I was told that they didnt take Groupons, I show the digital voucher, and proof of payment. The on shift manager a Caucasian female calls someone named Edgar, who instructs her to take $7.00 off the $33.00 bill. I decline as I was supposed to get $17 off of food and I would pay the remainder. However while im waiting for a resolution, the light skinned african american guy who took my order by phone and initially began assisting me before I presented the Groupon. Is loudly speaking in the background to other employees presumably, but clearly heard saying I dont know what she wants she is only paying for one thing. He didnt have an understanding of what I was presenting. It doesnt matter what the issue is, employees should always conduct themselves professionally. His opinion is irrelevant and should not be put upon the patron. People purchase deals for a sense of added value. This location may not utilize Groupon which is fine, however his ignorant act of disrespectful behavior highlights his lack of understanding that I still chose your location to patronize..whether I was using a coupon or not. I reported the error to Groupon and received a refund.

This Ihop sucks and needs to be either sued or shut down! I visited here in May after moving out of my college dorm and the service took FOREVER. There was not really anyone in there. Our server had dreads and it looked like he was wearing pants for a toddler! He took our order and it took like an hour plus for us to get our food....the busser was slower than slow, he didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. I told him to get the manager, but I guess he was afraid since I complained enough so he said "Your food is coming"....I left my Student ID in the chair and the workers stole it! The ID was visibly sitting in the booth so whoever cleaned the table, definitely saw it. I called back and the manager kept saying "I dont see a purse"....I never asked her to look for a purse, but I did ask her to look for a lanyard. I also had to request for her to look in the office. I thought managers usually do that. All in all, save your money and time! Do not visit this Ihop!!!!!

it says 24 hours bit o was on my way to work and tried to call in a order and no body would answer the phone and is Monday morning! i get there and speak with the night manager and all she can say was i was screaming for someone to answer the phone and "well its not my fault bye" wow now thats customer service I have a video of what happened if the staff wants to deny anything omg! I walked in and it was almost empty and a guy was standing there but it was like he was ignoring the phone when I walked in he said he doesnt hear it but when I walked in he war looming in the direction of the phone and then turned around rude people really and I have a witness

I have a 30 minute lunch break, so I called in my order and was told that it would be ready in ten minutes. Hoping that it would be ready when I arrived, I waited ten minutes before clocking out. It took me six minutes to get there. When I arrived my order was not ready. One person told me that it would be out in five minutes. Five minutes later, another person tells me that my order is coming out soon. I waited another five minutes and left. This is the second time that Ive had horrible service at this location and I wont be returning.

Today I experienced the most horrible service ever. My waiter Cameron was AWFUL. I sat at the table 12 minutes before he came to the table. His LISTENING skills are NOT good at all or he simply just did not care. My order was wrong when he did get it almost right my food was cold. He didnt ask if I needed anything. I had to ask another waitress fot ketchup. I couldnt even eat the food. When it was time for me to pay he was nowhere to be found. In my opinion serving customers is not his thing. And/or he needs to be properly trained.....

Food was okay, its no Roscoes thats for sure. Chicken n Waffles, well the chicken strips were hot but the waffles not brown nor crispy had to send them back they tried to fix them so it through off the taste. I would have preferred they just make it over done right. Other than that, the service was good. Very cold inside that late night I needed a jacket. One last thing and a pet peeve, dirty table seats. I just dont understand after wiping the table clean the seats people do spill food.

I work pretty close to this IHOP so I like to order breakfast in the mornings. Never fails every time I order the to-go person is rude. I always have to call multiple times to get someone to answer the phone and my food is never ready when I get there ..even if the place is slow. Coming from the restaurant industry I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time for almost a year now.. its kind of out of control. They need better management obviously.
