Really good food, but service here ALWAYS leaves much to be desired. My food was brought out before my wifes (by someone other than our waitress) and my millionaires bacon was already dead cold. Then a cook brought my wifes meal and was very kind and asked if he could get her anything. The next visit from the waitress was a flyby to drop off the check mid meal with a dont feel rushed comment - pet peeve - without asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything else - like hot bacon?? When we were leaving she asked if everything was ok and when I told her the bacon was dead cold she said you should have told me! Yeah - Im gonna chase you down because its my job to force you to do yours...millennials... If you are gonna just hire pretty faces, teach them how to be good servers, or Ill just keep cutting back my tips until yall figure it out.

I used the nowait app on a Saturday afternoon so when we arrived we only had to wait maybe 5 minutes... p.s. id you log into the app with facebook it will automatically put you on the waiting list with your fb name. I didnt type in my name so there was a little confusion on that part for me. But its great that they use that app!! Save yoy so much time and can make the waiting area less crowded! They had a coffee station to enjoy while you wait, as well as newspapers to read. The waffles are SO GOOD!!!! I also like that they give you your very own coffee pot, in case you drink coffee quickly, you never need to wait on a refill!! Same with the water, they bring you a carafe. Our server was also very friendly and prompt. I love this place :)

Crazy good food!! Fresh..healthy, and the server Joanne is absolutely perfect in everything she does. And it doesnt hurt that she is gorgeous, funny, smart, and knows what I want for breakfast everytime I come in there. Honestly makes me feel like I have a second home and I only eat there 3 times a month. I swear just from that womans attitude, attentiveness, and the fact that she flat out obviously takes pride in everything she does, I would ask her to marry me on those attributes alone!! But it seems from the looks of that shiny rock on her finger she has already been snagged by what seems like the luckiest man on the planet. Anyway try this place out, sit in Joannes section and thank my later! Food is great, did I forget to say that???

Ha! I wouldnt give even one star!!! Dont go unless you want to be sick!! Did you hear that one of the first watch got a 51 on the health score!!!!!! Ice machine is always broken and the coke is ALWAYS flat! Upper Offices dont care or they would fix these problems! I work there for a year and 3 months and had A LOT of problems... Water rarely gets hot in the dish area. BIG NO! WITHOUT HOT WATER YOU ARE EATING BACTERIA AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE!! The dish machine is always causing problems and doesnt get hot to clean certain dishes unless you wash it over and over and maybe it would be clean and the best part is MGRs are clueless about the important of customer services. DO NOT GO!!! IT WOULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We visited First Watch in Kennesaw with five women this morning for breakfast. We all ordered different things and we were all disappointed. The French Toast was dry, the pancakes were dry, the coffee was flat out bad, the orange juice was room temperature, the diet coke was flat, the hot tea was way over priced, the biscuits, while large were bland and the gravy was heavy and tasted more like sausage than gravy. Our waitress was attentive, but too much so. She took plates before we were finished and while she was saying not to rush, her demeanor said otherwise. The place was packed, but none of us could come up with one reason why that would be the case. Very disappointing.

Food was amazing! Servers were given too large of a section and were not able to keep up with their amount of tables. We sat down and did not have drinks for 20 minutes, 30 minutes after being there we ordered our food, and an hour and 15 minutes after being there the food was delivered and it was only lukewarm at that point but it did taste delicious. Our server was trying to do her best but had people yelling at her left and right and running her to death making it difficult for her to attend to any other tables. When we left, they were on quite a large wait to be seated so I pray that poor woman gets relief soon!

This fun, hybrid restaurant brings a lot to the table. They offer breakfast/lunch all day and even have speciality offerings like pressed juices. They are all about clean eating and the staff is quick and courteous. I have been in before when an item from the kitchen was burned and the smell hung in the air, but aside from that my meals have always been superb. Expect to pay a couple of dollars more than you would at a chain breakfast place; you are definitely getting a better value here!

I sat at the communal high-top farm style table and drank water from a milk jug and ate breakfast from a small cast iron skillet. meta-hipster. Also the food was amazing!! Service was great. Will return when back in the area. Price was a little high, like over $2 for a cup of coffee and most breakfasts were $10 plus. But portion was large and I took about half home. If the special Chilaquiles is on the menu, get it, you will not be disappointed.

Im never one to complain but my family and I got there at 10:30 werent seated until 12:30 because apparently their device wasnt working after telling us it would be an hour wait and many parties were sat before us , coming after us. And got our food at 1:15 having to eat in 5 minutes because we were suppose to be somewhere at 2. I work in the restaurant business and never have I had someone wait more than 3 hours to be seated , eat and pay.

Wonderful place! Great tasting, large variety of interesting combinations. Very healthy too! Only grip is they, like all the breakfast places I have been to around here, have mock Hollandaise sauce and call it Hollandaise...its not. It does not taste anywhere near as good. Please stop this nonsense, charge the price of the real thing, $25 or so and people will pay for it. I will teach you if you dont know how to make it...

We visited on Mothers Day and even though we put our name in the app, we had to wait another 45 mins from the time they suggested that we arrive. That of course was not ideal but I understand that they were busy. Once we got our food it was absolutely delicious! I only give it a 4 star because I feel like the wait time and the "no wait" app situation was totally mismanaged. Other than that it was a great experience.

The reason for 4 stars is our server, did not introduce herself when she came and greeted us. Im a server myself, and I have to have everytime I wait on a table. Other than that the food was good as always. I had the granola and Greek yogurt bowl. Maybe put berries in it. Pineapple, grapes, and honey dew just dont go with yogurt, but it was still good. Grits were awesome as always. Love yalls cheesy grits.
