Absolutely bad, they are only open 9 to 9. Not enough help, drive closed at times and dinning room closed at times. Always out of stuff.... Guacamole, cups, lids, sauces, always out of Mt.Dew, customers are fed up. Asked for general manager .... I was told he was at the greendale location. So I went there, they told me he was at the Aurora store. He was nowhere.... they must pay this guy to sit at home, when I did see him he was in shorts and flip flops, what a joke. He certainly isnt doing his job!!! He is even making the district manager look bad. Anyway, this place sucks!!! The the poor workers are constantly getting screamed and cussed at due to the lack of a general and district manager. This store has been like this for over 3 months.....what a disgrace. This store has even been egged....loyal customers are fed up!!!!! Desperately need new upper management with experience, not some young dopehead!!

This place is hit or miss. I never get anything very exciting, usually consists of regular tacos. The problem I have with this restaurant is that about 65% of the time the tacos are so soggy that they are inedible. If my daughter or fiancée ever want to eat here, I have to stop at another restaurant as a backup meal, or else I would go hungry.. sad.

The service is ALWAYS SLOW waited 45 minutes trapped in the drive threw line for 3 tacos. Would have left if I could have gotten out of line. Finally got the tacos and they werent wrapped properly so they were all over the bottom of the bag. The orders are NEVER right. I wouldnt have even given them 1 star but it made me to post this review.

We ordered 2 of the "Big Box" meals. Only $5 each, we each got a crunchy taco , a burrito supreme, a cheesy gordito crunch, nacho chips with cheese and a drink. Everything was delicious, our order was just as we expected! The employees were courteous, and the restaurant was clean.

Were closed for cleaning. Ordered online didnt know they were closed. The workers inside the store wouldnt answer. Were rude, and wouldnt answer the phone. Would pick the phone up and slam it to make it stop ringing. All this happened during normal business hours.

Every time we go here the food is always fresh and delicious and the drive through tellers are really nice. Tonight we had Stephan wait on us and he was really polite and very personable. Love this place

Ordered 7 soft taco supremes, received 7 hard shell tacos upside down so the bag got most of it when they were opened. Attempted to call about the mistake but they answered and hung up every time.

They are not trained on how to make there food they make the smothered burrito different every time and I have never seen anyone put nacho cheese on one till I came to the Aurora store
