THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! No. Seriously, ever. I called in a take out order and was told my food would be ready in 30 minutes. My boyfriend went to pick up the food 30 minutes later and then had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes IN the restaurant along with 7 other disgruntled customers. Everyone was apparently told their food would be ready a lot sooner than it actually was. After waiting an hour, our food was finally ready. The Pad Thai was HORRIBLE. It was literally BREADED chicken and noodles. No sauce, no spices. I ordered green curry but thats not what I received. We called the restaurant and the manager (Rachel) argued with us about what was supposed to be what and how long we actually waited for our food. She finally offered a measly store credit of $10 to comp for the combined green curry and pad Thai which were $18. She then proceeded to argue with us about what time we ordered and how long we waited. The conversation ended with a $15 store credit for a $42 disgusting meal. Forget about the customer service but the food was the worst Asian cuisine Ive ever had. Thanks...

This restaurant was a wonderful place for a good meal. It had good service and good food. In the past month the quality of the table service has declined. On our last visit to eat-in (a party of three) we were greeted by a server saying we couldnt sit at a four top because she was moving a couple to it. The remaining four top is in direct line with the door and on that breezy 40 degree night we decided to eat elsewhere. Last nigjt we ordered take-out. The order took over an hour to be prepared. The fried rice dish I ordered was made with sticky rice and was the premium dish. It came as an undermeated, underveggied glutinous mass. The menus are often not wiped down and tables are often not cleaned well if at all. We may try this restaurant one more time If things havent changed for the better we may not return.

My family loves takeout from Asia Asian Cuisine. Last night we decided to order and the food was ready just as we got there. The restaurant is not huge but can accommodate a decent number of people and flexible enough to put tables together for larger groups. The have fried won-tons and duck sauce ready for you when you sit down. The wait staff is friendly and very quick. The food is the best part. It is always fresh and full of flavor. I had the Chicken and Broccoli dinner combo. This comes with chicken fried rice and an egg-roll. The dish comes with enough portions for 2 meals. Its very delicious and the rice is perfectly done. The egg-roll is crispy on the outside and yummy in the middle. Awesome place!

The food is decent, but the menu is soo extensive that you do not know what to order. The place looks dirty. I am pretty sure the kitchen and the plates and silverware are properly cleaned, but it is all about the looks. If you look at the windows surrounding, it seems that they did not clean since the day they opened the business. The tables legs are full of drink / food spills. Those are small touch ups. If they pay attention to those details it will make all the difference. I am planning to return there, since it is one of the few asian food options near to my house. If they fix those details, I can increase my ratings.

Absolutely the WORST customer service and experience Ive EVER received from any business! They delivered my $60 order wrong, refused to refund for what they didnt send! Yelled and talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain what was wrong with the order then hung up in my face! I honestly wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! Go somewhere else! Terribly disappointed! Fuji is much better food, prices, and customer service! I will never order from this place again! AWFUL! And what I did get, is over cooked! Craziness!

Always great service and food. We go there at least once a week and never disappointed. They take extra care of regular customers as well as first time drop ins. If your real hungry order take out, for some reason portions are larger. Sushi Chef is on his game - even gave me advice on tending to my asian knives. We have not used the delivery service but we see him in there and is ready to go when needed. We prefer to go in and enjoy the southern oriental hospitality. Great Job. Will be in tomorrow for lunch :-)

We never had issues and the food tastes fine for the price, but I am very disappointed today. I picked up an order on the way home and at home I found that the gyoza are not fully cooked. The lady I called from the restaurant was trying to justify they were fine over the phone. But the disappointment occurred after that when they finally agreed to a partial credit to my account the lady said.... JUST DO NOT ORDER GYOZA AGAIN FROM US. It is not a big deal but certainly deservesa bad sservice review.

If i could give this place a -5 star I would. The servers give zero care to you at all, they come over 20mins after your food comes out to ask if youre ok when youve been out of drink for 15. The kitchen surprisingly doesnt know the difference between lo mein noodles, Chow Mein noodles and just a plate of cabbage. And its a hang out for every high schooler...there distracting the servers who happen to be their friend. Worst service ever. And the servers have horrible attitudes and rbf (google it).

I just tried the sushi for the first time, and it was probably the worst sushi I have ever had. The tuna left a thick pink residue on the rice (which should never happen with properly prepared fish) and when you bit into it the tuna tasted warm and very pond-like. Needless to say I couldnt finish the other piece. As someone who has experienced a lot of different sushi I would never eat this again!

The first time I was there I was completely ignored and ended up walking out. I tried again a few months later and had to wait for awhile before the staff showed up ( despite the sign showing the business hours ) and opened the restaurant. Of course I had to wait even longer for them to get set up but this time I actually got service. The food was OK. It really wasnt worth the aggravation.

My family and I stopped eating here a while ago but tonight decided to give them another chance; BIG MISTAKE!! The food is decent but not worth taking their terrible customer service the young lady who took my order giggled the whole time; we stopped before because they are very rude and seem to care less about the customers. So we will take our business elsewhere.
