Ive been here a few times on and off for the past few years. The food is good and matches the price fairly well. The atmosphere is rather pleasant and a great place for couples and families. However, the reason that I do not frequent this restraunt is because of the service. Sometimes it is absolutely fantastic, others not so much. I was literally just asked to "hurry up" with placing my order. Ive been sitting for only 3 minutes with the menu and had a single question as to how to read the lunch special menu. It was just simply difficult to understand what all came with the lunch special, and I was curious to know. The food runner made up for the poor encounter with the waitress that continued to service me with extremely poor service. Bluntly she was extremely and consistently rude. Overall my experiences here have always been different, and I dont like that. Food is good. Atmosphere is good. Still, nothing great.

The first time I ordered, I ordered off the Thai menu and the flat noodle was very dry. Do not eat their want-to-be / wish-to-be Thai food and just go to a real Thai restaurant. The Thai dish that I ordered was disrespectfully nasty. I decided to give them another chance by ordering their 2 dinner combo. I ordered orange chicken and lo mien. Those dishes were equally nasty. The only thing that was decent was the egg roll and Im pretty sure that they are premade from another company. The older woman who was the cashier had a nasty attitude when I did not tip on both togo orders. Each time that I didnt tip, the cashier said something under her breathe in her language and didnt say goodbye when I left. Rude. No one tips of togo orders.

The food was absolutely amazing! The best by far since we moved to Mckinney. We have tried all of them around us and this one blows them all out of the water! Staff was friendly, our orders were correct. It took one hour and 10 minutes for delivery but it was well worth it because we could tell everything was freshly made when we ordered it. Nothing frozen! We will be ordering again

Food is delicious and friendly environment. We had little communication problem. Our server did not get the order right. We specifically asked not to put mushrooms as we were allergic to it but food still had mushrooms (surprisingly menu did not have mushrooms as ingredients). Secondly she forgot to bring my kids order. Kiddo had to wait for quiet a long time starving.

Our family loves this place. We order from here often. My daughter is vegan and loves their selections. I usually get the Philly roll and its delicious. They deliver quickly. The menu online isnt accurate in that it doesnt show all of the food they offer. They offer an extensive menu. The sake is really good.

Horrible. Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. Fried rice wasnt even edible, even for my husband who can choke down anything. I would encourage anyone else thinking of trying this place to find somewhere different. There are to many other Chinese places to try then settling on this place.

General Tsos chicken was less than good. It was edible. And one large piece was tofu (I hope). The fried rice was okay. Not very flavorful. It actually tasted healthy. I probably will not go back. I only went there because Silk Road Thai was not answering their phone.

We did a take out order. All the dishes tasted the same, none of them having any real flavor. We ordered 2 spicy dishes that had no spice at all. Our order of rice was incorrect but of course we didnt know til we got home.
