Ive been a long time customer of this restaurant and I always recommend it to people I know, however I was completely disappointed tonight and the previous time as well. We arrived around 7:40ish and the waitress took a very long amount of time to even come to our table to take drink orders. There were several tables that came in after us that had their drinks and appetizers before we were even asked. It seemed like she was very attentive to the older and wealthier looking people there before she could be bothered with us. After we put in our order she wouldnt even come to fill up our drinks and had another lady do it. We waited around 40 minutes before we finally got tired of waiting and asked for our food to go. She wasnt pleased with this and let her boss know it in the little closet where they keep glasses and such. No apologies from her nor did the owner ask us if anything was wrong. I will not be going back until something changes with that rude woman.

This is one of our favorite places. The food is great value for the money, always fresh. When they say 10 minutes until its ready for pick up, they seriously mean it. If I tell them I will be there in 30 minutes, the food is always just prepared when I get there and still hot. The owner is very friendly and remembered me after only a couple of visits. The service is a little slow by some standards but as we like to take time to enjoy our food, we dont find it an issue; rather we feel like most restaurants rush you along. We have never had food there we didnt like but I suspect that if we did, the owner would be very quick to change the meal out, even if it was what we ordered. I just think that they really know customer service.

Hi there, All of you interested in getting your chinese food delivered, please be aware that you are going to be charged $5.95 for delivery charges on top of the cost of food. Ofcourse they conveniently FORGET to mention THAT when placing the order and give you a decent total but when they ome to deliver is when they pile on the delivery charges , Remember to have change..as our total was some 27 dollars and ofcourse he didnt carry change for that out of a $50 bill... I wish I could upload the scanned image of the receipt here so you all could see. I am sooo disppointed and such an unahappy customer... WELL WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The menu is over-priced for what you get, compared to elsewhere. The in-store waiter service is usually very professional. However, you will be disappointed with the size of the portions, particularly for the price. Seafood is NOT their specialty. The male owner is nice, but his unhappy wife always seems to be lurking nearby. Its a strip mall location that usually requires zig-zag driving to get to. The tastes are good, i.e., the cooking is good, but its just not a good deal for what you get-- the rice portions are particularly small and they charge extra for more (lame).

The best American-Chinese restaurant in DFW. The prices are fair for dinner ($10-12/plate), and amazing at lunch ($6-8) which includes eggroll, soup, entree, and rice. All the traditional favorites (sesame chicken, orange chicken, sweet/sour, pad thai) are excellent, and heat can be adjusted on various entrees. The waitstaff are quiet in a nice way, and the owners/managers are what make this restaurant worth it every time. They remember customers (by name), and recognize me by my grandparents. Amazing service, delicious food, and fair pricing!

Awful! Not sure why this place gets so many great reviews because it had to be the absolute worse food we ever attempted to eat. Waitress was rude and grouchy. Almond chicken had tiny pieces of chicken mostly veggies and peanuts. Rice was poor quality and unflavorful. Hubby requested a refund on his meal because he refused to eat it after one bite. I ate barely half of mine only because I was starving. We left and went to eat mexican food at Uncle Julios instead. Will never be back. Beyond disgusting.

I called in an order, when I arrived my order was ready. However more than half way home I recieved a call the the main dish was not packaged with my order. I told them I was more then half way home and how they were going to fix it. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice. All I asked is how he was going to fix it. I was told they were going to make a new order but upon arrival I still had to wait 20 more minutes. Horrible customer service. Very rude people.

Being from California, and having a Chinese grandma, I am a pretty good judge of Chinese food. Szechuan is, so far, the best Chinese food that I have had in Fort Worth! The atmosphere is relaxing, warm, and welcoming. The staff here is always kind and ready to help you with your order and any substitutions that you may require! The restaurant itself is clean, and the food is amazing! Wonderful flavors, and lovely texture! I recommend it with five stars! Enjoy!

We eat here about three or four times a month. Food is consistently good, always hot, almost always fresh, and the service is always really good. Love the staff, love the food and even the take-out is consistently handled with speed and accuracy. From the photos on the wall of the famous people who have patronized the please, I can see that Im not alone. Prices are just a little north of where Id like them to be, but what isnt? Enjoy!

Favorite place to get Chinese in town! First time I went I looked up the pricing made an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. When I got there the check out price was different than what my math was telling me from the online menu. The manager said the online pricing was outdated and gave me my food 20% off. Love coming here. And lunch has some great choices and specials as well. Absolutely recommend this place!

This place calls its self authentic and yet it serves tortillas. It has no Chinese vegetable to speak of, the servers star at you if you mention bok choy. .. never a good sign. The food was SOOOOOO bad we were pushing the food at each other to finish. Didnt want to make a scene because the servers were good and we were surrounded by nice older white folks but it was the WORST FOOD I EVER TASTED!!#!

It was the worst food ever. No flavor wonton soup, no chicken in the chicken wrap mixture. Pieces were so microscopic you couldnt tell what was in it. Waitress snobby, started writing down stuff as we were discussing what we might order. Had to tell her to stop. I will not ever eat at this place again. Whoever gave it 4 stars surely doesnt know what good food is.

Do not eat here! The woman on the phone was rude and then forgot to put part of our order in the box. The manager said he would not credit us for what was missing and said he was not willing to do anything to make it right. Do not eat at this restaurant they obviously do not care about their customers!
