Ordered my peperoni pizza for delivery at 4:30 pm. Gave them special instructions to call when they arrived (since we just moved in). At 5:30, still no dinner so I called to see what was wrong. They said they took down my number wrong so the driver couldnt get ahold of me and If I still wanted my order it would be another 40 minute wait. I reluctantly agreed. 6:30 and still no delivery. I called back to cancel my order and they assured me the driver was on his way. 6:45 I received my cold, soggy, two hour old food. This might also be a good time to mention that they are less than one mile away. In this situation, the staff was careless and ignorant. Despite all the trouble (and cold food), I was not offered any solution, apology or discount. I certainly wasnt trying to get a free meal, however, this situation was handled so poorly and unprofessionally that it definitely required some kind of act on their part to keep me as a customer.

We placed an order online and it took over an hour to arrive. They could of called as a courtesy to tell us the wait time when they received the order. After waiting an hour..plus, the order was wrong. I ordered a veggie sub with sauce on the side. My veggie only had bannan peppers and was loaded with mayo. My husbands didnt have much flavor at all. He ordered chicken with bacon. I spoke with Mike and he did agree to remake and deliver again but wasnt happy to do so. Said I would get it when he could get it here. We paid $20.00 for two awful and incorrect sub. Never again.

We frequent this Donatos quite regularly. We love it. We have ordered pick-up and we have eaten inside. The pizza toppings & cheese is literally edge to edge & it feels like you get so much more pizza for the money. Salads are good & the breadsticks are good. The Cheesy bread just taste like a cheese pizza :( . The staff is ALWAYS friendly when we order & eat inside & they are very accommodating. The seating is limited to about 8 - 10 tables.

Not all pizza places are the same. This particular store is hands down the best pizza place in N.KY customer service is outstanding. Delivery drivers are prompt and very friendly. I will continue to do business with this Donatos...
