These people are completely incompetent. I called before hand to give my address to make sure that they would be able to deliver to my house. It took them 8 tries to get my address right and assured me that they would be able to deliver to my home. They then told me that they wanted me to order online, I agreed to this. After ordering on their website (which is not very user-friendly) they called to tell me that my address was too far away (only 9 miles away)!!! I do not recommend this restaurant-they obviously are not concerned with their customers happiness and are not very organized and do not know how to run a business.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. Asking to speak with someone else due to not being able to understand the guy who was taking my order, who had HORRIBLE english. I Gave them my address (they said it would take 30-35 mins), he put down the wrong house number AND wrong street name. It took over an hour to get here, and when I called the store to tell her the man who took my order was at fault, NOT the driver, she got very rude with me and said "so do you want to cancel or do you want your food?" and just didnt seem to care. All in all i would never order from here again.

This is by far the best tasting take out Chinese I have ever had. My family goes there whenever we want Chinese. There food is comparable in taste to P.F. Changs in my opinion and it is well worth the $7-$9 price per meal considering the portions are enough to have leftovers or split between two adults. As for the service, this place is totally a TAKE OUT Chinese restaurant and should not be considered anything but. As for calling in, we never do, it takes maybe 5-10 minutes but the food is hot and very very fresh. GREAT CHINESE!

Just landed from a business trip to Phoenix and the first place I thought of was this place. Its by far the best Chinese restaurant in West Chester area. I usually get General Tsos chicken. Its crunchy and sweet and savory. Very good. With that I usually get white rice. Soft. Sticky. And Ill get an egg roll. I recommend the crab rangoon as an appetizer. This place is always fresh, always consistent, and always amazing. It has been for the past 8 years.

the service is terrible the girl on the phone could not speak proper english and was very rude and dont give me that crap english is your second language i am Cambodian and i speak 4 languages mandarin is one of them. she said it will take 30-35 mins to get here 2 hours later still no one, i call them up and the give me an attitude i showed up there and the chef cursed at me in mandarin, and i said this restaurant is a joke in mandarin.

The food is tolerable, but the language barrier mAkes for a bad experience. They dont even try to understand your concerns. I guess business is just booming so they dont care for individual concerns. Every time I have called to get clarification on what I ordered vs what was delivers they just say ok and go to hang up.

This place is actually one of my favorites for take out chinese around. I have had some of the other local places and keep returning here. Prices are great and the staff are very nice. I hardly ever write reviews, but felt it necessary for others searching for chinese in the area. Enjoy this place!

My wife and I always order from here. The food is always fresh and good. We like the family. The wife of the family business (I should ask her name) always is so friendly. Weve tried other Chinese restaurants in the area, but this is equal or better than any we have found. Thumbs up.

Awful food. Bad Service - I went there almost 18 months after I had my first experience there - thought Id give them a second chance. Hopefully others are wiser than me. Dont go here - get a coffee and a bagel at the Caribou Coffee next door. You wont get sick!

Ive lived in Lebanon for over 10 years and I order New China several times a year. Their sesame chicken is second to none. Im sure their other dishes are tasty, but I cant bring myself to order something else because the sesame chicken is just that good

Sometimes the food is amazing and sometimes you get the wrong order.This place is very hit or miss and used to be better.Did management change? Ive never had anything delivered and after reading the other reviews on here wont be doing that anytime soon.

We have New China once to two times a month. Orders on time, taste is great and on point, not over salted. Good people that serve a friendly, and courteous, overall a fine experience we have each time. They will do or make your order however you like.

They have good food but the taste varies with the rice and chicken dishes.terrible service,they are never open on time and do not answer the phone which is pretty lazy considering noon on a sunday is late enough in the day.

Great food, but I recommend not having it delivered. My original total was $12.65 and after they finished tacking on all their other "fees" my total came out to $26.65. Im sure its cheaper when you pick it up .

Food is great! But the price is ridiculous for the amount of food you actually get. Bigger portions probably would be better because a small is not even enough for a child to be full.
