I used to order from this place frequently, as it is the only Chinese food available to me within a reasonable distance. I will say this: when the food is fresh, it is very good. Also, they deliver quickly most of the time. Unfortunately, on several occasions they have delivered what was obviously reheated leftovers. I almost always order Sesame Chicken, and anyone who has microwaved Sesame Chicken leftovers knows the unmistakeable difference between fresh and re-heated. If you havent eaten here before, I would recommend giving it a chance, because when the food is fresh, it is great. What I REALLY hope, however, is that the owner sees this review and chooses to go back to ALWAYS serving customers fresh food. Serving leftovers to customers is not the way to cut costs if you want your business to survive. Ill take one for the team, and try them again a few times over the next few weeks to see if they have changed. If so, I will update my review.

save your money and order somewhere else. ordered sesame chicken and crab ragoons. was delivered in about 15 mins or less (i live about 5 min drive away). impossible to have been cooked fresh. wasnt a piece of crab to be found, only white flavorless mush. chicken was chewy, grey and mushy too. overall tasted like baby food. i tried to get through as much as i could, since i hadnt eaten much today, but threw 95% of it away. 0/10 would not order again edit: also it was impossible to find the full menu online, only could find about 20 item menu. found out why after i got the paper menu, has over 150 things on it. hard to keep your food fresh with so many items to sell through. this place would need to have a line out the door to keep rotating fresh product and they dont...

They had nothing else to go off of other then the color of my skin! I hadnt said anything more then "hello," and the gentlemen looked at us like we were disgusting! He worked there, and I asked him was he okay! He said yes and left. I really dont understand, I made it clear that I will NOT patronize a place that wont acknowledge a simple hello and look at me in disgust! Chinese Touch is about to open up across the street, I will see what they are about.

Horrible customer service! I called to let them know my pork in my fried rice wasnt cooked, and the ladys response was "nobody has complained all day your the first one". Then told me the delivery driver was busy (after I have already been charged a delivery fee and tipped him), so if I wanted to bring in my food they will replace it. Then she hung up on me when I said I would just report it. Wouldnt recommend to anyone ever!

Subpar and the service was abysmal and I would have liked a refund but they said they couldnt do that but could give me a discount on my next order and my second order I had gotten some Chinese donuts and when I took a bite it wasnt sugar......... it was salt a whole shaker of salt just poured on top. So dont order from them because we apparently have inconvenienced them.

We just moved to the area, first Chinese resturant we had. It was so so yummy. Their kids were so sweet, making sure we had boxes when we were done eating. Food is always hot and with good flavor.

As a regular customer, I have always had a good experience. The are very accomodating to my families food allergies. The crab rangoon is good and the combination mei fun is excellent.
