Good management. Great workers very helpful. Store is CLEAN & KEPT TIDY. ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY. A PLEASURE TO SHOP THETE. HAVE AREAS TO RELAX AND EAT. FOOD IS GOOD. RATHER SHOP THERE THAN WAL-MART ANY DAY. PRICES ARE FEW CENTS HIGHER BUT ITS OK AS ITS WORTH THE EXPERIENCE OF A GOOD GROCERY STORE. THE SALAD BAR IS NICE AND KEPT FRESH AND FULL ALL THE TIME. DELI IS GREAT AND A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO SHOP THERE. I ENJOY THE STORE IN CLEVELAND AT THE LIGHT. GAS PRICES ARE BETTER THAN MOST ALSO. THERE ISVA NICE GARDENING AREA FOR OUTSIDE PLUS FRESH FLOWERS & MISC ITEMS FOR YEAR AROUND SHOPPING ALSO. BAKERY IS VERY GOOD AND FRESH. CANT BEAT ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THIS STORE. ITS KEPT VERY NICE ANY TIME I GO THERE. THE STORE MAGE. DAVID IS VERY NICE AND A GENTLEMAN WHO LOOKS OUT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. I GIVE IT A GOLD STAR 10 ON THE SCALE OF 1 TO 10. HIGHER IF POSSIBLE. I MOVED HERE IN 2010 ON Ground Hog Day. & been shopping here 99.9% of that time. Will continue to do so. I would go on TV to tell folks SHOP here at Ingles. As they say. LOVE THE PRICES & Great Food & Experience. Ms. BETTE BIRKS..

You call about your med and they same lady tells you they are at the store then you get to drive thought window and another lady tells you they are at another store so you call to ask to deal with manager and shes rude to you then you call to talk to store manager and hes rude too you customer service is bad at this store

We were visiting the area and stopped by to get a few things. Clean and well stocked, nice produce department. We bought a small cake and that was so-so at best. Checkout was efficient but not that friendly. Hate the part about needing a card to get the best price. Gimmicky and not good for visitors.

The store was clean and employees helpful. The self checkout was difficult to use due to the card reader not working properly without placing your card in a plastic bag before sliding it - which Ive never experienced anywhere else. The in-store Starbucks is a plus.

When you walk in, you experience a warm welcome feeling. There are always a surplus of shopping carts, items, and associates. Their prices are reasonable, and their weekly and daily specials, are unbeatable. By far the greatest grocery store in the Region.

This store sucks the store management is rude and they dont care about there customers at all my wife called them one time to tell him what are going on in the pharmacy he told her if she didnt like how things were being ran to just go to another store

Amazing big, little store. Such a great store to visit and pick up those supplies you need and all the ones you didnt know you needed. Fresh baked goods, superb meats and fresh produce. A must visit on your list in Helen!

Great produce section with fresh produce, well stocked, little pricey but products such as meat, deli, produce,bakery always fresh and wide variety. Could improve some attitudes in management and some of their cashiers.

Employees dont seem all that friendly, but the environment is really cute. The sandwich station has high quality ingredients and is really good, even if you just get an all vegetable sandwich like I did.

The prices are a little high, although theyre the only place in town that sells organic fruit, which is a huge plus to me! There is a Starbucks inside. Public restrooms are in the back right corner.
