First time coming here, walked in sat down with my husband; we were never greeted. A few couples walked in after us and were immediately taken care of. It took my husband saying something after 15 minutes for someone to just get our drinks. I asked for a coffee with cream, we had already decided what to eat, and my creamer was still not brought out. By the time I just decided to drink my coffee black, it was cold. Someone finally came and took our order, husbands food came out first, I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I got my food the gravy was cold. Husband wanted cheese in his eggs, didnt get cheese, my eggs werent done. Was never asked if we wanted refills. A big family walked in and a waitress just took one of our tables, didnt even ask. After we got done eating we walked up to the counter and one it the cashiers, told a customer he needed to speak up because she wasnt paying attention, because she had too much going on...? Are you serious? The manager needs to sit down with this staff and fix this problem, but a bell on the door so when people come in you will know it. Teach your waitresses the customer comes first. Assign waitresses to certain tables, certain people didnt know who had been taken care of. I get that its a new location, but this is just common sense. I will not be returning to this location. Ill stick with Waffle House

My fiance and I decided to eat breakfast at HuddleHouse. We walked in and waited 5 minutes to be seated while the waitresses just stood around cutting up. 15 minutes for a waitress to get our drink, and another 15 minutes for a different waitress to get our order; the whole time we both were so confused on who our waitress was. My fiance wanted to walk out, but I wanted to try out their food because the menu looked good. After putting our order in, we waited for another 25 minutes or so to get our food. While we were waiting, two other tables next to us were upset also because they had to wait for so long for being acknowledged by someone. This whole time, all the employees were standing around and cutting up, except for this one lady running around doing everyones else job, and she was just their extra help for the day. Well, as you can guess, the food came out, and it was cold. We both took another bite and it was such a BIG disappointment. We could not swallow another bite, so we asked the manager to cancel the food and walked out. Maybe the place needed to 100% ready and had all their staff 100% trained, then huddlehouse is worth a try.

Food was really good. Only giving it a 3 stars because the first time I went I didnt receive my food and was late for work so I walked out after an hour of waiting. I went again tonight and the wait was still pretty long considering there wasnt many people there. Our server was awful. Took our order and she never came back. The cook had to bring us our silverware, food, topped off our drinks and everything else we needed. 3 of the 5 tables that were there tonight walked out before ordering because of her awful service. However, the cook was very sweet and did her job for her so we tipped him $10 on a $15 ticket instead of her. Ive been a waitress for a long time so I know how the industry works. This is a new store and the employees are still learning. We will probably return in a few months when everyone is well trained.

By far, the slowest, non customer oriented dinning I have ever had.I just watched the cook chyanne, pull her glove off with her TEETH so she could deliver food...which is surprising, considering she is not wearing a hat, hairnet or apron..fruit flies buzzing around, and rest of staff to worried about other matters to be real attentive.... Would not even have returned for this visit, but enjoyed the manager "Ace" on my last visit...to bad hes not hear more often! If this place lasts 2 years, I will be amazed....no fear of them hurting waffle houses business

One star is probably too many. Waited almost 40 minutes on a simple breakfast of gravy biscuit, eggs and bacon. The gravy was barely warm and the bacon was barely cooked. Today I went for takeout of a large tossed salad and bowl of chili. Got home, the chili was half full ($3.89) and the salad was missing at least one ingredient, possibly more. There seemed to be several employees just hanging out instead of actually working. I gave them a chance, but wont be wasting my time or money there again.

The wait is ridiculous The cooks are standing around chatting with other employees the waitress has checked on us one time in the hour weve been waiting on our food that she now says is just starting to get prepared. If your in a hury or really hungry i would suggest going to waffle house right up the road the service is much better and a whole lot quicker.

Waitress was kind and good but thats the best that can be said. This was the second time here, this time was better than the first time but thats not saying much. Good took entirely too long and wasnt accurate. There is an oppositional issue, I dont know if its this location or chain but either way Id just as soon not spend my money here.

Went along to this one with some family friends, to celebrate a birthday. The place had a buzzing atmosphere and busy, probably what youd expect from a Friday night. The food was perfect, modest portions and speedy service which always makes for a better evening. All 6 of us were very impressed, will definitely be going again.

Was horrible wrong order after an hour wait and it was cold and the waitress never even came back to check on us and couldnt pay with cash for some reason, the staff were obviously Im trained. I will never be returning to this place!!! Wow this wont post with out giving them a star!!! They didnt deserve the star!!!

There should be half star or pieces of a star.. TERRIBLE place. Waited 45 mins and still no food... when we asked the waitress said they were behind and still had had another 10 to 15 minutes before they started cooking our food.. Even waiting that whole time no one walked to check on us or refill our coffee.

I waited for twenty minutes for my food after seeing it sit in the warmer. The cook had to tell the server to get the food out of the warmer. The food was cold and the server informed us that we could leave. The manager order the cook to redo our order. The food was great when we received it the second time.

Out of coffee and could not get our food! We waited for nearly 45 minutes before we were told that our order/check had been set aside and forgotten about, but they were going to start it. Had already asked several times about our order and was told hed check on it. Guess he didnt. Walked out!

The bill was at my table 15 minutes BEFORE my food I waited another 15 for a drink refill wither the waitress looking at my glass 3 times and almost touching it a 3rd hash browns looked and tasted like fried mashed potatoes not happy with this visit at all
