When we ordered two simple meals, it was 930 and kfc did not have a line, the employees were laughing and playing on the microphone, one employee took our order 3 times and said it would be a 4-6 min wait. Thats fine. She said pull around AND told the younger lady to take our order AGAIN. When we got to the window a younger lady was eating sunflower seeds. Very unprofessional. She then said it would be a TEN MINUTE wait.. so we still encouraged her that we would wait and the young lady repeated our order wrong and asked us to pull up. Mind you, its not AFTER closing or 957 or something crazy. Im just curious if this was YOU, how would you feel if they treated you this way? Very sad. And to top it all off I requested a receipt and we still did not get one. This KFC is very lazy, probably why its not that busy.

This KFC has employees that are very confused at best. Ive visited this restaurant twice. The first time, I got back to my job and had original instead of extra crispy...Then, reluctantly, I tried them again a couple of weeks later. They didnt have a biscuit in my co-workers order, and then my chicken was original AGAIN!!! Im not sure if they are reading the orders or not because Ive gotten the wrong orders twice. Furthermore, the number that they leave on their receipt and on google is their FAX number!!! WHAT??? How are you supposed to call in to complain about your order. DO NOT EAT at this restaurant...they arent too bright there!!!

Update! 2004 If you want to wait a lot come here with no rush. I was the only one in line one time I had to wait a long time for my food. I have to ask my food to go because you can`t eat there in your break. They take too long. By the tine you get your food is already 1pm and you have to go back to work! Good food. Not a great variety of sodas but the food is good. Always empty so no lines. June 2013 Update: June 19 I went for food. Asked for the chicken little`s and they were frozen cold! A ball of hair on the biscuits not one hair, a ball! The soda was flat! They didn`t have ice in the machine that day. Not going back again!

My experience at this location was terrible. I had to change my order and the young lady was visibly angry about it. She began arguing with another team member as we waited for our food. When we received our food the biscuit was missing. After asking for help biscuit we were told they were out and offered us a side. I feel like she should have informed us that their were no biscuits and offer us another side when we placed our order. I guess she was hoping we wouldnt check our food. Smh!!

If I could rate lower I would. The service is horrible and the staff is incompetent and rude. Every experience that Ive had here has been pretty much the same. At least theres one good thing we can say about them, theyre consistent. I just hope and pray that one day theyll at least be able to take an order correctly since it is their job and all.

Its not perfect but wit tha manager daniel (i think) they soon could be hes awesome even underpressure he was on point and kind to both guest and most importantly his staff i was proud of him and dont even know the guy but yeah this place use to suck so im happy

1st time here and defiantly my last that place is ghetto as hell,ice machine didnt work,very loud employees,walking around each other eating and seem to be having lunch while working or should I say walking around in a state of confusion forgetting orders,double checking with each other on The same order.

Used drive thru. Placed my order. Went to the window only to repeat the order 2 more times to 2 different people after I was given total amount due. Waited 3 to 4 minutes for wedges. Girl with red hair was sarcastic and rude. To top it off I got crispy instead or original recipe. Repeated the order 3x!!!

The good here is fairly awful. It usually tastes pretty stale like it has been sitting sound for a while. Although I live fairly close to this one, I usually go to the KFC on Mt. Zion. The quality of the food is much better there.
