If you are looking professionalism or anything close to good customer service.... This is NOT the place! Ive been here twice and let me just say...."Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice shame on me.....The first time I went there it was around 8:30 pm and they didnt have any chicken because the cook had already broken down the fryer....Now, why in the world would you break down your fryers 2 hours before closing. Not to mention the staff were rude and short. Now fast forward to today....I pull up to the drive through and the teller acted as if she didnt want to be there. So we ordered two meals, one with a Pepsi and the other with a Dr. Pepper. When I pulled up to pay, I asked him which one was which, he told me he didnt know and Id have to figure it out. I told him that was unacceptable and that he needed to tell me, so he proceeded to take off the top of the drink like he was going to taste it himself. I told him nevermind and drove off. Mind you, this was the same guy that was rude to me the previous time. These people need to take a class in hospitality! I will NOT be going back and highly suggest you dont either....

Very poor experience! Got very overcooked chicken. Had to go back round trip 10 miles to return it. The only thing I got for that was a large tea. Whoever put the chicken into the bucket knew it was burned but could care less. Its not telling how many people they have done the same thing to. To make matters worse all 4 of my biscuits were hard as rocks. I will never return. If you patronize them beware because you could get the same poor service. You will likely be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Ghetto Black female in drive thru told me they didnt have 5 original chicken legs available?? She was hard of hearing and kept saying back chicken parts I didnt ask for? She kept trying to sell me a three piece in the four piece excetera I just said NO!!! I want 5 chicken legs thats it! She acted as if what I was requesting was something that was hard to comprehend

The customer service here is horrible. They rush you in drive thru to place oder and its like theyre screaming at you. When I got to the window and given my food it was a real rush. No condiments....when I asked for condiments the server had mojar attitude. When I got home looked at my food not only was my chicken old but my order was wtong. Smh.

Giving one star because I cant go lower than that. Service is horrible. They hold you hostage at the speaker where you place your order or the first window and then after a five minute wait or so they send you to the second window. Found out its a sensor thats sets a timer. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Poor service, employee at front counter constantly flirting with female guests. Service slow, flying insects all over dining area also one employee complaining about wings being discolored before being cooled. Horrible public relations Entire shift needs to be retrained in Customer relations.

Everytime you go there you never get what you order stopped in Tuesday night did not get what I ordered . tea was like unsweetened water they gave me cookies instead Mac n cheese and Cole slaw no biscuit 3rd time long wait never going back again. I will get Popeyes from now on.
