HORRIBLE definitely wont be back. When the bartender answered the phone she asked me to hold so I sat there and listened to her joking around with people in the back ground. She then picks up the phone and again says tops ...oh yeah what do you want. We ordered wings extra crispy and wet we got wings that were not fully cooked and dry and a nice long hair right in the middle. I called to complain and sadly the manager is the one who took my order to begin with her excuse was she assumed her kitchen staff did their job I told her it wasnt her job to assume it is her job to make sure my order was correct that I paid for before she gave it to me. After that she had nothing to say so. So disgusted not surprised the parking lot was half empty on a Friday night.

Im a black man with an accent, and I would be very carefull before calling anyone a racist...I recently went in there, unknown to no one and ask to speak to the owner: at first , she said he wasnt there, I figure she was been carefull; once I told her who I was, and that I was looking for some info about a club Ive just bought... she said to wait a few minutes, and the owner shows up..He was really kind to me. very helpful, more so then expected.we actually become friends..sometimes, we just have to make the first step and reach out to people, youll be amased....Topp is the best in douglasville...Rene.

Go here at least once a week...the wings are the best ive ever tasted. Ice cold mug is brought to you every time. The place is full of smoke. The owner, which is not a man, the waitresses and the patrons are smoking like freight trains. it is what it is... a flash back to the 70s. dark and smokie with pool tables,darts and neon light beer signs. The staff is incredible, the prices are fair and the food is very good too. Full bar, KENO, Karoke, and poker nights.

Apparently unless you are a "regular" you cant sit at a table. On a Friday night at 6 PM many tables were reserved, yet empty. When we tried to sit at table a waitress shook her head "NO". We sat at one anyway, and left at 8 PM with reserved tables still empty. It should be first come first served.....Way to get new customers, Topps!

Came here after moving to the Douglasville area by the locals. I arrived around 12 on Saturday and bought 2 drinks the bartender asked me "if we didnt know how to tip where Im from" so I replied" no these my first drinks I plan on being here a while" after my drink I was refused service.

See the weekly specials and karaoke nights at Topps. Video slot machines, pool tables, and great food with spirits. Small and dim, but a fun place to go out to for the night or just a good burger, plus wings are great too. Kinda like the local hole in the wall.

My husband and I had an awesome time here. We were looking for a place that wasnt going to be filled with the very young crowd. We loved our waitress and the service was superb! Topps has a very friendly atmosphere and the food was pretty good!

Topps has a great atmosphere and really good prices on everything. My only complaint is how long you wait for food. If you are going to order food plan on being there for at least 2hrs. The food is great, but they test your patience.

The cloud of smoke you walk into is pretty unwelcoming...just because youre allowed to smoke indoors doesnt mean you have to. Good place to stop if already very drunk. Karaoke was fun.
