My wife, brother and I went there because I had gotten a coupon for a free blooming onion. The blooming onion was OK, nothing spectacular. Im sure they have had to change the ingredients to keep it more cost effective. My wife is pregnant, so any discrepancies in her meal could be her new super senses. I wont write about those. My brother had some kind of spicy shrimp and lobster. Which he devoured,s o Im sure his review would be better than mine. What I ordered was the California wood fired chicken sandwich. It arrived dry with no condiments. The guacamole was brown like it had been sitting out for hours. There were rubbery chunks of avocado in it, how you achieve this I have no clue. The chicken breast while flavorful was dry as old leather. The lettuce was wilted. I could go on. One thing is certain, This Outback doesnt care for quality control. If it is on the menu it should be the best thing on the menu. Not some extra item dreamed up by corporate to meet a particular demographic.

First off, I went here on a date with my boyfriend. We went kinda late maybe about 30 mins before they were about to close. I told him we shouldnt have went because I dont like to be rushed to eat which was exactly what happen. The waiter I would give a 2 out of 5. He sat down in our booth to take our order. He kept complaining to us about he wanted to leave and was ready to go.. Just trying to rush us. I understand he was probably ready to go but there were still other people eating and drinking besides us.. The food and drinks were good. Portion size couldve been more even though they were appetizers. Thats another thing we werent going to be there for very long since we just got a couple of apps and some drinks, but he still continued to complain. This outback was okay, Ill choose to go to Buffalo Wild Wings over this spot any day. Too much money that we spent to be rushed out the door.

I give outback a three star, because our waitress was amazing and got a $12 tip. But the cooks on the other hand were not!!! I got a ribeye 16oz for $25.00 I asked for it medium. And once I got my steak it wasnt medium at all. It was more well done. My mother got a prime rib, which is suppose to be really tender. And it wasnt!!! We asked for the manager and he sent it back and brought us a new steak for my mom and I to have! I couldnt even cut into the second steak that he brought out!!!! The manager offered me desert! Which I denied. He didnt charge me for my steak!! I give them a three star because our waitress was amazing! But they need to replace the cooks!!!!! I couldnt even cut into my steak. Normally I dont complain about food when I go out simply because I myself am a waitress! But I just simply couldnt cut into my steak!

The food is great...I particularly get the rib eye everytime. They make it exactly to your preference. As much as I would like to I can not give it 5 stars because the wait time is a guaranteed 25 minutes everytime. The wait for food is equally the same wait, but you can shorten it as well as your check if you skip the appitizers. Its easier if your a party of two, because the high top tables by the bar are first come first serve. The staff is friendly despite being constantly swamp. The place is a full house, this location may need to expand to accommodate. Its crowded for good reasons, I prefer their steak than longhorns-its their specialty.

The food was okay. There were two parties waiting ahead of us but MANY empty tables. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Asked the hostess if they were short staffed and she stated they base staffing on the previous years numbers. This should have been our clue to walk away. The server spilled an entire glass of ice water in my husbands crotch. Then 10 min. later did the same thing to the lady behind us. She didnt tell her manager because she didnt want him to know, but I did. I wont be going back. This is not my first experience like this at this location. Its always very unpredictable and the manager is always different.

The last five visits to Outback have been horrendous. Weve gotten free meals every time legitimately. The only reason we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt was because we kept getting gift certificates and we were too polite to tell them. That has changed. From someone who is really not that picky, for me to have to send my food back five times in a row is a bit ridiculous. Needless to say we will never get an Outback gift card again nor will we ever visit another establishment. Especially when there is Texas Roadhouse across the street and a Longhorns a bit further. Longhorns is whats up!!!!

I only rated one star because I had no choice. If I could rate this place in the negative, I would. Every piece of meat, from 4 different entrees was so tough all I could do was chew and spit. Horrible! Absolutely horrible, and to spend over $100 for lunch to boot, omg. Im more than positive we were eating leftovers from lunch yesterday. The mini loaves of bread were so hard I threw one at the wall to prove how hard and now I have a hole in my wall. Dont waist your money, your time, or your health. Go to Publix grab a rotissari chicken and a bag of salad, youll be better off.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday and they were out of every steak my friend wanted which was disappointing. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and salad had Hardly any chicken on it. The manager wasnt too concern to me. I had them take back the salad. My ended up getting a ribeye boneless as all the porter house steaks were out. We waited so long to get food that it was ashame. The manager shouldnt have charge us anything. Service was horrible all around. Will not be going back anytime soon. Never experience this type of service here before.

I am currently sitting in the Outback Steakhouse in Douglasville. Wow. Terrible, the service is sub par the server got the things we asked for after a few times of asking. The house salad they put in front of me was all White Lettuce, how dare you even let that come out of your Kitchen. Thankfully I live in downtown Atlanta and I will never have to come back. Do better Outback, just do better. Also training your FOH Manager to focus on customer service in preshift may be ideal.
