Specific problems: - Our drinks took 20 minutes to get to us. - The server didnt know the menu and looked at me like I was crazy when I read beers off to her that I wanted. Having to point at stuff on the menu is a fairly degrading experience. As an example, the Mexican servers at other local restaurants understand my mangled Spanish pronunciations, but this server doesnt understand stuff directly off the menu? I guess it was just too loud to be heard? Even after showing her the menu, she had to go and come back twice before she got the beer right. - They said the mozzarella sticks were out, so we could not get The Sampler appetizer. I asked if they could substitute fried pickles; she said they werent supposed to, but we *could* do that if we insisted. We did. Why guilt trip us? Do it if you can, or dont. - She then took our food order. 40 minutes later, our food came out and we didnt get the sampler. She looked shocked and said she would go get it, but I told her it was pointless because we had our entrees now. Summary: Food tasted great, but the service was abysmal. Must be the Friday rush? Overall, this place is Hooters without the (beneficially) distracting staff. Good place to eat if you want to get drunk, lose track of time and watch golf or sweaty guys wrestling each other, I guess, but Ill have plenty of time to be in Hell after I die. Id rather go somewhere quieter and faster for dinner.

TERRIBLE!!! The last 2 times we have been, we were seated in an area where "nobody knew" who the the waiter was. We sat there both times for well over 10 minutes before we had to say something to get someone to help us. We actually set a timer the second time because we could tell it was going to be an experience like before. The first time, after 10 + minutes, we went to the register and said something. I sat and watched two waiters argue, go to the manager and argue at her, then still another 10 minutes and NOTHING. I then went back to the front and spoke to the manager myself explaining that I didnt care who helped us, but someone needed to rather than argue whos going to in front of customers. They did comp us a free appetizer and drinks the first time and then comped our drinks the second time, but I just find it funny after reading all of these reviews how much stuff is comped out over poor service. This store needs major attention!!! We will not be back to this location!

I came in for a Togo order. I was the only person at the counter and stood there for at least 2 minutes. And the worst part. The manager was standing there at the register. I understand the establishment may be busy. But a simple, "Ill be with you in a moment would have sufficed." Someone finally asked had I been helped. And when I told her what happened she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I said no because he was standing right in my face and said nothing, Ill just call corporate in the morning. I dont play with horrible customer service. There is a Hooters across the street and a taco down the street, I can take my money there.

Bad service and food not so great. Had to wait for extended period of time for our or order. Management came out and explained that the reason we were waiting. Is because they had a mix up in the kitchen and a big order of wings. To rectify the wait they didnt charge me for the appetizer we had order. I guess I should have been notified a lot earlier than 2 minutes before the order came out. I would of gave them a lot better scoring than one star. This is just my experience that I had but I dont think the restaurant is that bad. Just this instance wasnt great for me.

Where shall I start? Waited at least 8 minutes for a waitress to approach our table. Then she brought Italian dressing for my salad rather than cinegrette. She INSISTED it was balsamic vinegar eye, and I had to inform her balsamic vinegar is dark brown almost black so she needs to let whoever told her it was vinegarette that it was not vinegarrette. She did not charge me for a food item i ordered and received so returned my $10 coupon. I will not return. What should have been a fun night out was stressful and annoying. Food was blah. Not worth the aggravation.

First off Ive been eating there for over 8 years alot..but the last 2 visits were less than satisfactory...3 weeks ago we went ordered Wings as always and they got the order wrong..the manager came over and took it off my bill.which I didnt even ask for..ordered hot bbq..got bbq...went there yesturday 3 of us..the wings didnt even seem cooked enough and my wife lemon pepper Wings didnt have any seasoning on 3 of the 5 Wings and the 2 that did were barley noticeable..Ill try it again but 3 strikes and your out!!!

As a first time experience, this establishment was terrible. Our waitress didnt inform us properly on what we were ordering. I got my burger which was dry and had no cheese. I had to pour mild and queso dip on my burger so it wouldnt be dry. Waitress didnt give napkins silverware, or celery which was ordered. Didnt check up on us. We were very disappointed and forced ourselves to eat so we wouldnt waste money. It was so bad we wanted to leave without paying. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant. EVER.

went here during the week the bar was so dead that a lady was sitting at the bar and reading a book. went back on fight night got there two hours early. finally got a table big enough for whole party a lady tried to take it as we were being seated and our waitress totally had our backs. she made the lady leave our table. great food always games, trivia, races and fights on big screens. nice too that its family place and bar with no smoking

It was a wonderful experience all around. Our server David was quick and made sure to take care of us. The managers were even nicer they kept checking in on us. The food was amazing great price on Tuesday for the half off traditional wings! Overall though everything was perfect I even called the manger to tell him how impressed I was with everything! Ill keep coming back because of how great our experience was!

My husband and I just left buffalo wild wings highly disappointed, we are frequent customers and normally love the experience. But today was just terrible we sat for about 10 minutes without a waiter or waitress acknowledging us. No one said anything until we were walking out the door, a bit too late. On top of that business was very slow, so whats up with that.

My waitress was really slow, the place was really empty, she finally refilled our cups when it was time to go, she forgot my ranch dressing, and she never came to our table to ask if the food was good or anything else, but when she did come to our table was to bring my check, Smdh... David gave us the very best in service, the food was excellent and I was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. Exactly what we wanted when we came in, 5 people $65 bucks $20 tip.. very very very happy with our service. the food was good but the service was 10 times better..
