Service is awesome for regulars. There are several waiters / waitresses who are really good and remember customers and their usual orders. The restaurant also gives back and supports the local community significantly. The steaks are always cooked perfect to order and the rolls are always hot and fresh. My only complaint is they seem to have a process problem with the silverware. The hosts grab silverware as they are seating guests, but if there isnt any silverware in the front, they dont and its up to the waiter to get it from the back, but they are accustomed to the host taking care of it so they dont notice and its an extra task they have to juggle. This has been an issue more than once. So maybe they dont have enough silverware to keep up or they fall behind on washing it. Either way, its an issue if you get there late or just after a rush period. So if your host doesnt provide your silverware, be sure to ask your waiter when they first come to get your drink order; else you could be sitting there staring at your food with no fork to eat with.

I am beyond livid!!! Just got woke up to my poor baby girl throwing up her guts. I dont think shes every thrown up that much. Last night, we went to Texas Roadhouse and when we left my father in law went to have some of her chocolate milk. He said it was like a chalky texture and said it was buttermilk . We had already left or I would or raised cane right then! Who the heck has spoiled milk???? I feel so bad for my baby girl. She never complained of her milk being nasty, so I had no clue. Not to mention the service was terrible . They wasnt busy at all. We told them to bring out the kids stuff first instead of making them wait for our steaks to be done, but the waitress proceeded to tell me theyd all come out the same. Why? Theyre having chicken nuggets and fries. And, she barely even came to our table. We had to tell another employee when we needed something . I am so angry!!

We went to the newnan location for my birthday to get a 30 oz.hand cut steak they seated us and took our orders and after the fact told us they couldnt cut it only filet it...didnt want that, thought that was odd because they specialize in hand -cut steaks so we called the Douglasville location which is an hour away and asked if they had a steak cutter at their location and the size that we wanted they said yes and we headed to Douglasville we were seated and asked our order and,they remembered talking to us and made sure everything was on point cause of how far we traveled just for this steak they checked on us the steak was cooked to perfection and the manager and waitress were exceptional we will be back thanks for turning my birthday dinner into a good one.....great food and customer service....☆☆☆☆☆

Today of all days Fathers Day, Poor poor poor. It started withe host no greeting no smiles. We was seated right away for a table for 2. Get to the table waiting for a while before a waiter came to take drink order, waited a while for coke and tea. Its wasnt overly crowded but I have patience when our order came out My steak was over cook I started to keep it but the taste just wasnt right. I sent the steak back and waited for an hour my husband was done. At this point Im Mad because I would like to eat together. I told the waitress to just give me his check. The manager came with the steak didnt ask any questions about the cancelled steak or why it was sent back. Oh well not a good day for me or them. All I wanted was a good steak and I chose this place out of the other 3 in the area.

We were seated quickly and given our rolls, which we usually look forward to but today they were kinda hard and not soft like they usually are. Our server, Avery, was very nice and our food was brought promptly enough. But my vegetables had absolutely no seasoning and my son said the same about the chicken critters. Before we were even done eating, the server brought us the check without even asking if we wanted anything else. We had planned on getting dessert, but after that, I wasnt gonna spend any more of my money there. Especially since I heard him offer dessert to the table next to ours. It felt like we were being rushed out, which is never a good feeling.

This is a pretty good place to go with your family for dinner. Theyre only open for dinner during the week, but they open all day on the weekend. The food is delicious, they make a lot of their recipes from scratch, but the service left something to be desired. Ive been twice recently and both times I was sat in the bar and, even though they werent busy, its as if the bartender, who was our waitress, had a few better things to do with her time and we were an afterthought. When she came to the table, she was friendly enough, but my drink was empty on several occasions. My other experiences, when not sitting in the bar area, have been better.

Jaquinton was our server. They were not busy. He had two tables to wait on and did not get our drinks right (no lemons for our water with lemon), didnt bring us rolls and we had to ask for them, didnt get my side right (brought mashed instead of sweet potato), didnt ask if I wanted my steak covered with mushrooms or onions or what I wanted in my sweet potato. Not once did we get asked if everything was cooked okay or how it tasted. We had to get up and find our own A1 sauce since he never came back to the table. He also didnt ask if we wanted an appetizer. Horrible experience and we will not be returning.

We waited about 30 minutes for a table which is not a big deal on a Friday night but they had several (more than 7) open tables that were not in use. We were informed that they were short staffed and could only have so many tables per server. It was also very hot and muggy inside and our server informed us that 4 of their 5 air conditioning units were inoperable and they were waiting for repair parts. The food and service were good but they need to resolve these issues before we will return.

No wait time. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable! Bread was ready when we were seated- no waiting. Salad was out with time to eat before our main course. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Food was out promptly and perfect temperature. Only neg comment-- lettuce was a little older. But , manager told a table near us it was taken care of. She immediately fixed it with a friendly smile on her face. Manager visited our table and was very friendly. Very positive dining experience.

I really use to love this restaurant and I was a frequent attendee. However, the last several times that I have gone something has continuously gone wrong. Its either the service was slow, or the food was not even hot when it arrived at the table. I have been to the one in Newnan several times and the service seems to be quite a bit better. I dont want to say that I wont ever come back to this restaurant, but it may be awhile since theyve left a bad taste in my mouth, pardon the pun.
