I visited here at one oclock on Mothers Day yesterday and got here right before the crowd, so I did not have to wait a long time at all. After being seated however, it took a surplus of fifteen minutes to be greeted by a waiter (add another fifteen minute wait to receive drinks). I felt that Fabian did a mediocre job at juggling the tables he was assigned to because it took him more than five minutes to bring simple things like napkins, and butter. Once the food arrived, it was hot and I must admit, really fresh and delicious. I always order the Ultimate Feast, in fact, we ordered two. Everything was cooked to perfection, wish I could thank the cook. Now along with the slow service, my biggest issue came at the end of the meal. My ticket was $45 and some change. I placed a $50 bill and a $10 bill inside of the folder with the receipt. Now a GENUINE host wouldve brought me back $15 in ones/change so that I could properly tip them. This was not the case here. Fabian decided to take out his own tip of $10 and bring me $4 and some coins as change. I dont know what world you live in, but YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR TIP OUT OF MY MONEY WITHOUT ASKING. TIP**Next time, just go to a more honest and organized location, because after all, maybe they were overworking my host without much pay, either-way, UNACCEPTABLE.

If I am in the mood for some seafood and their yummy bread at a price that will not break the bank I will go to Red Lobster. I will not return to this location due to the wait we experienced. The food was good and our waitress was WONDERFUL, but her co-workers left a lot to be desired. Although we were sat immediately it took over two hours for us to get our food and our bill. After an extremely long wait all of the dishes were brought out except mine. About ten minutes later a dish was brought out for me, but it wasnt what I ordered. (I know the waitress entered our dishes in the computer correctly so something went wrong in the kitchen.) My 3yr old got fidgety after the first hour and 1/2 so when my meal arrived we put it in a box after I had a few bites. I was thankful that the waitress tried to help us keep my son entertained during all of the waiting. When we got there we were one of only 5 tables in the restaurant, so there was no excuse for the time it took to receive our food.

I think people should realize no matter where you go there is a wait time. A lot of people love to eat out at restaurants. Im one of those people who love to eat out. When I go out I know there is a possibility of me waiting. If I dont want to wait to be serviced I stay home and cook. A lot of people are very unhappy and unappreciative for no reason. They complain about waiting for seats like really stay home if you dont have patience to wait for seats. Servers bust their behind very hard to please customers and staff. When it comes to waiting for food I understand its hard to wait patiently. Take it easy on people its not that serious to go report them and jeopardize their lively hood.

Only been to this location twice within the same month. My first experience was not bad, enough for me to say Ill be back. My most recent experience was enough to say why did I come back, and also I wont be back! Went on a night with NO WAIT..the hostess was literally no where to be found and an employee came out and confirmed that she didnt know where the hostess was and asked if we (my party of 2 including me) wanted to stay and eat. Set up question as I wouldnt have driven all the way over there to eat just to drive and find somewhere else. That question was the deciding factor to leave...lazy service and glad I didnt decide to fork out money for it. Not going back. Consistency is key

September 22, 2014 There are seafood restaurants in downtown Decatur which is the area where I work, however, I choose to frequent the Red Lobster in my neighborhood for support. While good food and a clean atmosphere are my primary concerns, I also expect for the staff to be pleasant. One of the staff members by the name of Barbara who was stationed at the hostess desk was quite rude. It is not what she said, it was how she said it. Barbara needs a class in customer service. The attitude of your staff, makes a world of difference! I would like to add, this was the 1st bad experience we encountered it the 15 years we have come to the restaurant.

After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we waited 20-25 just to have our drink order taken. It took an additional 10 mins for biscuits after repeatedly asking for them. I was in a party of 5. The food items were brought out one by one. A salad here, a dessert, there, soup etc. After a full hour our food was finally brought out. Half incorrect, items missing, mussels tastes awful and attitude from the waiter. We had to ask to speak to the manager more than once. When she finally made an appearance, she understood and discounted our bill. I informed the manager of the other horrible Google reviews and she seemed surprised. Will NOT be returning!

Dear Spirit of God, You are so Merciful and Kind. 20 years ago you gave me back my life when I died after giving birth at 6 months pregnant and I had Congestive Heart Failure. This May 21, 2014 which is 20 years later we celebrated my middle sons birthday at Redlobster on Candler Road. Our server was Mr. Theo and he was so Awesome. Also Ms. Valerie the Hostess was so very caring and patient with the customers The General Manager Ms. Pat Johnson is a God Sent to Redlobster and to this earth. Lord God, I just want to say Thank You for sparing my life and keeping me in my childrens life as well. Peace and Amen

The service here was TERRIBLE. Me and my mom went in and were not even greeted for about 10 mins not to mention the guy who had already been waiting before us. FINALLY someone came and sat us where we waited 10 more mins, everyone walked pass and said "someone will be right with you" and no one came so I had to get up and walk around to find someone to serve us. The gentleman who served us was pleasant and I asked to speak with the manager Don or Donald. Do you think he ever came??? NO. The ppl in this place needs retraining because that kind of service is not great or acceptable

I hadnt been to a Red Lobster in about twenty years; largely due to the fact that they dont have truck parking. Their Cheddar Bay biscuits are still all that. They still have a better steak than most steak houses. Their seafood is still excellent. Their prices are still outrageous, but worth it. Its nice to see that some things havent changed in twenty years. The staff at this particular Red Lobster were very friendly, though somewhat stretched. So, my drink refills came late, if at all. Other than thst, good experience.

I was told I can get a virgin lotta colata Pina Colada for $4.00. Waitress came with a much smaller glass, and the bill was for $4.99. I was in a party of 3 guests, and each guest bill were clearly separated. I gave the cards to the waitress, specifying which credit card belong to each guest, per someone in my party, the waitress said that she would divide bill equally, and the guest with largest bill confirmed it. Waitress just did what was easy, and convenient for her, and overcharged me by $7.00.
