Service was terrible waited over twenty minutes tonight a Wednesday night to get a table ! Waitress was too busy to take our order took three groups that were seated after us orders and then when she did take our order only did drinks and the hostess brought them out and they were wrong ! Then waited longer we finally told hostess to just bring a check for our drinks , the waitress finally showed up took our order! My one year old granddaughter was starving by now and we all needed refills in our drinks and we had no chips ! My glass of tea was dirty! After asking for Splenda several times finally received it ! A manager never came out to talk to us the waitresses spent their time talking and flirting with other patrons ! Food was not hot ! We usually eat here at least three to four times a month we will not be back and will be telling everyone how terrible this place is ! The waitress and the hostess never offered an apology or anything and forget any management!

Walking it the place is new and fresh. The decor is of course themed, appropriate and tasteful. The menu at first glance seems overwhelming because it is rather large and oddly included pasta. We immediately went to our favorites and enjoyed one of the best pitchers of Texas Margaritas in town. The glass ware was different than most local places and cute served with a slice of orange. Nice touch. The chips are very light and the salsa has a little kick. Weve enjoyed Cielo on two occasions and have enjoyed the fajitas that have huge chunks of meat in them versus the thin slivers of rubber in some restaurants and the tacos which are equally yummy. On our first visit there was live entertainment. The singer had an amazing voice and was nice to hear. By our second visit the patio had been opened and we enjoyed a cool spring evening. Service is great. Food is good. Drinks are fabulous. Go and enjoy. I plan on being a regular. ;)

Ill start off with the positives. - Clean establishment - Nice staff - Fair prices - nice atmosphere Now with the concerns. - Hamburger (served to a child) was way undercooked! - Food is absolutely tasteless. - "Queso" was chunky... My guess it was reheated and old. - Chips just as tasteless and break easily -Salsa was meh with fresh celantro thrown in. - Sweet tea was turning old. You work in the south, you need to learn quickly that tea really only keeps its freshness for a day. Considering all the other Mexican restaraunts around town - I sincerely hope for the owners sake that they make some changes. Theyve got way more competition, like Taco Bell for instance. Yes sorry, not sorry but the food was just that off putting. Most amazing Mexican restaraunts Ive been to, the owners take serious pride in the quality of meals served and mingle with the crowd < take the suggestion seriously.

Food was pretty good & came out quick, but the service was HORRIBLE. No silverware to eat out food, server was no where to be found (was 9 pm on a Wednesday night& not busy at all) & when the bill came around she gave us 2 customer copies & expected us to be okay with signing off a customer copy instead of a merchant copy. Have been working in a restaurant most of my life I know its one of the rookie ways unprofessional servers will try to steal money from customers. Its just sad, we usually tip 20-30% but she needs to be retrained & watched closely by management to ensure she is not stealing from customers.

Well i been apart and a customer here with Cielos Mexican Grill, and well let me tell u from working with th e cooks and with the servers i think they are all great work hard deal with ignorant people. Some folks dont understant the servers life not only that but when busy know that they r doing the best tbey can trust me. They take a load of responsibility not only 3 or 4 tables at a time but remember how man people r at a table within them tables. This is a really good Mexican place and I am pretty picky about them. Steak is great here! Thats a rare find!! Only 4 stars because they messed up my wifes order. They fixed it but it took time. Also service was a little slow and food took a little longer than I am used to at my ole standby, La Parrilla. Customary free chips and salsa were top notch. Thin and chrispy and a little sweet, just like La Parrilla but their salsa is superior to La Parrillas. Very very good salsa! Very good steak cooked just the way I asked.

We come into Cielo once a month to have a drink. Each time we have come in, the service has gotten worse. Tonight the bartender stood on the counter to stock beers. She stood on the counter but never wiped it down after standing on it. The bar was filthy, no clean up was taking place. She stayed on her phone on and off. Once her boyfriend got to the bar she forgot about her customers. She fixed herself and her boyfriend a drink and forgot about us.......shame.....shame....shame..... we will not be coming back!

Went there last night, received HORRIBLE service. Our waiter even admitted to being scared that she wrongly served alcohol to a minor even though she ID him twice and had the bar manager come check it, so she did not come back to check on us. After returning my food for the second time, another waiter brought it while she was on the phone. The manager was very nice and very understanding with us, so because of her and the nice man who helped us as well, we will be coming back.

We ate there Last night, Valentines Day I have to say the Food was on Point (Great). I will be visiting again, of course the wait was a little longer than normal. But Hell it was a holiday they had some call- ins just every other business. Most of all we want to Thank our waitress, Sarah!!!!!! She was OUTSTANDING, Very nice, Polite & all the above!!!! When I do return I will request for her Again!!!!!! GO SARAH!!!!!

Horrible service from out of town gave my VALID licence to get a drink and they pulled out a book and stated that my licence didnt have a seal mind you the licence is valid after the changes because it is 7 years old renew after 10 years even went as far as showing my passport and employees still wouldnt accept it. If from out of town AVOID much better mexican restaurants in the area service was slow.

Food is not seasoned, for a new restaurant it should be bursting out of the seams with customers. Ask Conyers Police officers about the food before going inside to eat, 2 male officers said what to order then I asked female officer she said it was okay We should have listen to her advice, Taco Bell serves more favorable food then this expensive restaurant.

Hostess leaning on wait stand Server greeted us with chips and salsa, took order, and didnt see her again until ten minutes after we received our food wondering where our sweet and unsweetened tea was. Manager more concerned about the TV channel on the TVs. And spent most of the time sitting on the patio on a cellphone.
