I certainly understand why the reviews are so mixed on this Chipotle location. It really has been hit or miss experiences in multiple ways for me too. Been in an early afternoon line here on the weekend, with about 10 people in front of me, and might as well have brought a book or my laptop along to get some work done in the line - it took much longer than it should have. Theres a relatively older woman (possibly manager) working on the front line that should really watch her body language too. A couple months ago, I asked to make a quick addition to a bowl that was half sealed, even apologized for the inconvenience, and she made no attempt to conceal the fact that she was annoyed. On a positive note, the last 2 times Ive been here during the weekend, its been nothing but a pleasant experience. Just today, the servers and cashier were smiling and very friendly. They genuinely seemed happy to help. A+ for the guy and gal on the line today, and a big part of the reason Im now giving this location 3 stars instead of just 2.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We work down the street and order from them often, simply because it is convenient. EVERY time we order they mess something up. And their excuse when they do? its either " we are short staffed" or, my personal favorite, " I dont know what to tell you". It is their ONE AND ONLY job to make food CORRECTLY and deliver GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. But they cant even do that. So if asked by a friend- I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION. They need a serious revamp of management and their management should probably go through some training on customer service and manners. This location just missed out on a $300+ order because of their attitude. After the hit this company just experienced due to the E-Coli outbreak, you would think they would be doing absolutely everything in their power to bring customers in. But I guess not. We took our business elsewhere and will never eat there again.

In line for my food...quesadilla was taking a longer time than usual so I let the person next to me get in front of me to cash out. Sides got mixed up and Manager "fussed" at me and told me not to talk to the worker in front of me because he was training her. I was answering her question about which sides were mine so she could put it in the bag. The Trainer nor the trainee had on name tags and good for him because I would have put him on blast. He set a horrible example of how to have great customer service while dealing with the pressure of lunch time rush. He was flustered and irritated, rung me up, no eye contact, and did not say have a nice day!!! The trainee said it and I politely responded to her & said the same to him. Shame...I frequent this Chipotle and have NEVER had this experience. I will be writing Corporate about it as well. Very disappointing...

First, let me begin by saying that I LOVE Chipotle. The food is amazing and their farming practices and what they promote is great! If this is the location closest to your home or work, do yourself a favor and spend the extra time driving to a different location. The quality of the products here is just as great as any other location. The service, however, is awful. Ive been to several Chipotle locations in Michigan and other states and Ive always been happy with the employees at every single one. Every time I visit this particular location, I die a little on the inside. Ive seen employees at the DMV move faster than these guys. Theyre clearly hating working there and everything takes an extremely long time. If I were the manager of this store, Id let the entire line staff go and hire all new people.

In my opinion the staff is poorly trained in measuring proportions and making a proper meal. They dont seem like they care and I wasnt particularly happy with this woman who was the night manager. Unfortunately I engaged her and it wasnt a very pleasant conversation. Im posting this now, but I havent been there in over 2 months mostly due to the fact of the night manager. I am only one customer but I was one customer that came at least 3 days a week. She was a white lady with short blonde hair and yes Im calling her out because she is the single reason why do not go there. It is unfortunate because its about 2 miles away from my house and I do like the restaurant. Please excuse and pardon any misspellings or grammar as I am using voice to text

I LOVE Chipotle. Its one of my few vices and I eat it almost every other week. Anyway, as you may have already seen from the other less-positive reviews, everything about the food is fine. The same as any other Chipotle. And as much as I hate complaining, I have to admit, they definitely seem understaffed. I dont notice the place being in disarray as much as other people seem to think, but they often run out of various ingredients or prepared foods, and as a result, have to catch up, all while a line is building up past the door. Im still going to go, because lets face it, everything about Chipotle is excellent, but as hard as I see them working, a limited number of people can only do so much.

This place is going downhill.Arrived at 6pm today. The place was not crowded unlike the other locations. While ordering a chicken bowl, I requested for raw onions but was denied. The excuse that I was given was that they use onions in their food-bit the guy ahead of me was granted a small tub of chopped cilantro. Asked for a couple of spoons. The cashier mentioned that she can only give me a spoon..She started searching for a spoon, upsetting items around the cash register. After rummaging for a minute, she looked up and said " I dont have any spoons." Used to frequent this place a couple of years ago, but after today, never again.

My food order for 8 people was missing 2 meals, so I had to come back and miss group lunch since there was no time left. Jeff Chiet told me that I have to bring him my receipt in order for him to make those 2 meals since he couldnt find my order in the system. Then Nicole (refused to give me her last name) took over and found my order, but refused to compensate me for my troubles. I have never had such unpleasant experience in any restaurant I have ever been to. I called corporate, but they told me that I can only submit the complaint via the website, will see if they respond.

The WORST Chipotle in a 25 mile area, staff is awful and seems to do the bare minimum, food counter has to violate some health code, its filthy. Dont let the gloves fool you! Theyve probably been wearing the same pair since the location opened and touched countless contaminated surfaces with it. Definitely recommend the Qdoba less than 5 minutes away over this particular location. Edit: lowered from 2 stars to 1 due to apparent lack of change and even more degradation in quality of staff and food.

The service here is variable. Sometimes it seems that they have plenty of staff but theyre all doing the wrong thing. You always need one burrito wrapper, theres no point having the salsa guy also wrap. The food though is great, just avoid peak lunch periods especially if you find it hard to watch inefficient processes. Today was a classic case. One girl was doing all of salsa and wrapping. The dude next to her was quizzing her about the contents of the burrito for no apparent reason. Odd.
