Dont deserve not even one star we were 4 People and we got inside nobody sayd AT least hello whole bunch idiots in front and Just looking around one of the lazys waitress told us to Walt for a table and we saw a Lot of empty tables so usless People they walk like damn zombis and Walt almost and hour for cold food and the waitress a Black creapy guy want to charge on our check some dessert that we asked for but he never brought it what a stupid and workless staff they have there so slow not friendly AT All and as soon as u walk in smell really bad like pee. Restrooms disgussting as well Will never come back to this nasty and dissgusstin place

The only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one is because the food was good (although arrived late and not hot) and the staff was nice. Otherwise - two dinner experiences have been very bad. The staff consistently cant keep up with the volume of the work. They need more and better dinner staff. In both instances we had to remind the waitress about various parts of our order over and over again. I still tipped her 20% because I felt it wasnt her fault she was so overloaded. We had a weekend breakfast there once it was fine. My guess is they staff well for breakfast and under-staff for dinner, or they put the better staff in at breakfast since IHOP is known as a breakfast place.

This place is terrible, yeah we were able to sit right away, but didnt see the waiter until 15 mins later. Once we received our food we was plated horribly my wife ordered a chicken noodle soup. That looked like someone had vomited all over the bowl. I found hair in my chicken fried steak and my kids Mac and cheese was boiling hot that they burn their tongues when they took their first spoon full. This has been by far the worst IHOP experience ever. Makes me have second thoughts on coming back to any IHOP.

We went there this morning. We were waiting for our meals for a while. We asked our waiter about our meals. She has "dont care" attitude and blamed on cooker. We suspected that she forgot our meals. She walked away and brought our meals shortly. Our Meals were cold! Requested to have them hot. She took them back. She returned our meals back shortly but meals were still cold. I called for manager. The manager took care of it. It was not good service.

I usually do not leave reviews but this location is very slow! On this particular day! Traveled very far to this location. Placed an order 20 min before arrival. Was told it would be ready in 10-15 min. Got there, and the order was still not ready. Then told it would be ready in 5 min. Another 20 min passed by still no food! Ended up telling a server to cancel my order! Will not return!

The worst experience. Very nice location but people that work there are not friendly ,they look like they dont want to work. We were a party of 4 willing to eat the Restaurant was not too busy but they made us wait to be seated . The walked in front of us without greeting us or letting us that they were going to help us. It is a shame that IHOP has this type of people working there.

The worts place and employers bunch of lazy guys they dont want to work, no welcoming at all and the restaurant was not busy almost empty and we wait 15 minutes at the table and nobody came to serving. and we desire to left the restaurant . Dont waste your time going there and they dont deserve any start at all but u have to choose one to let me post this review.

It is not often that you can get a to-go order that is correct, aesthetically pleasing and yummy!!! We were thouroughly impressed with the service, presentation and packaging!!! Needless to say we are all full as ticks and are having a hard time working now (lol) We are happy though....Please keep up the good work and we will return soon.. Thanks Angie muh!!!!

The manager needs to be demoted. The fact that I had to wait 15 minutes when there were five visible seats shows the incompetence of the managers training their workers. I actually got seated at one of the empty tables when we were called. They are efficiently staffed, but with the slowest people. The food was great as usual. Service is seriously slow.

Used to be great place when first open. Now no good. Need management back. The workers are too free. Cooker was in back smoking cigarettes when pulled up. Made our food super greasey. I could of greased up every bolt on my car from one plate of hash brown. Some staff is OK. Some still professional. But the not disciplined ruin for good staff. Not happy.

I dont think yall are talking about the same IHOP cause the one in chambllee sucks Ive been several times and the service always sucks food is always wrong and the staff is always rude they only have a couple of people working there if I could Id rate them a zero star so if you choose to go here beware and count on a bad experience and good luck

Had a call in order. Simple order omelette and waffle. I was told it would be 10 min. 30 mins later I still dont have my order. I inquired about the order, she said it will be 2 more min. I finally get my food after waiting 10 more minutes. Whats the purpose of making a call in order of I have to wait 40 minutes for my food. Ridiculous!!!!!

If I could do less than one star I would. The waitress that served us tonight created herself a tip and charged our card for it. She didnt receive a tip because of slow mediocre service. Will never return back to this restaurant. Its not an issue with money, its an issue that you are stealing from customers.

Horribly slow service. No sense of urgency. I ordered my food to go and I wouldve come out better sitting down n just asking for a to go box. The people in the back looked clueless some times. A woman called her order in after mine and walked in and got her food before me. And the managers could care less

Service is a bit slow, but friendly, and the food is good diner- style. The brioche French toast was great. The Roasted potato hash, not so much. They deep fried the chunks of potato, then put finely diced bell pepper and onion on top. Not at all the way it should be. Otherwise very nice IHOP brunch.
