Yes, the food is AMAZING! This was our first time here and our lunch was great. I had the shrimp po-boy and my boyfriend had the fish and chips. The seafood was perfectly cooked to not exhaust the meat. The breading was seasoned to perfection and brought out the natural succulence of the fish and shrimp. Every thing is made to order and we only waited a short 5 minutes to eat. Perfect little spot to take a break and enjoy the classic selections of the south. Great portions too. The fish was a large thick fillet. The po-boy was stuffed with shrimp! The owner made sure of our satisfaction by stopping at our table to ask if we needed anything and to get our opinion of our choices. The rest of the staff was pleasant and friendly, like they really enjoyed being at work. The restaurant was small and well dressed with appropriate decor. This restaurant definitely deserve a larger space for others to enjoy. It was our first time in but it certainly wont be the last. A true treasure.

I love this place because the owner, Mike, made me love it. How? He is extremely passionate about the food and it tastes like it. The basa fish poboy sandwich is one of the best Id ever eaten, the hush puppies & onion rings so good that ketchup would distract from perfection and the Mac & Cheese was uniquely tasty with just the right amount of pepper! All that lovely fried combo magic for under $9—Outstanding! If you love fried foods, especially fish and shrimp, Mikes exquisite skills, friendly staff and made to order freshness will make you fall in love, too!

I love local, individual owned restaurants so I was very excited to see this restaurant with such a cute name. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The menu is a nice mix of fried and grilled. Our family of 4 ordered all fried with 2 lemonades for a total of $41. I was ok with that because I was thinking that it would be fresh and uniquely made. After a 25 min wait we were given our food that had the flavor of frozen grocery store food. I enjoy Captain Ds more. The fish was also mushy. Hope this gives you enough specifics to make an educated choice.

This place is super clean and smells fabulous, the owner was super sweet and accommodating since it was me and my boyfriends first time. Food was made fresh and delivered in a timely manner! Basa fish grilled is excellent and I had some of the BEST Mac and cheese Ive had in a long time. And who wouldve thought of fried green beans!? They were AMAZING! definitely recommend this place for anyone whos looking for affordable fish and friendly service.

This was my second time eating there, firts time I had the shrimp kebab and was good, also had a funnel cake overly fried. I decided to go back and had the calamares which were overcooked and like rubber, had three and could not eat anymore. My daughter had fried climbs platter and everything was also way too crunchy and overcooked. The price was high for the poor quality of meal. I hope they improve their seafood frying skills.

Weve been meaning to try Fry me to the moon for some time, we finally made it this past Sunday. Too bad we didnt go sooner! Everything was excellent! Fried clams were very good and the grilled Basa was delicious. The hush puppies were the best I ever had. Staff was friendly and Gavin, who waited on us was great. This will be a regular stop for us from now on. So happy to find a good locally owned place close to home!

So unbelievably delicious! Ever since my husband and I tried out this restaurant a couple months ago, weve been back once a week every week to have the coconut shrimp meal! The pineapple dipping sauce (we call awesomesauce) is just off the charts! If you havent been, I highly recommend! Everything is so fresh and the staff is great too. They always remember us and are so friendly! You guys rock!

Mike is so personable and a terrific chef/owner. His lobster rolls had delicious chunks of tasty lobster on a toasted bun (yum!); the blackened basa was awesome (but a bit too spicy for my step-mom. Ha!); cole slaw was chopped and not too sweet; and the key lime pie was delicious. A fun atmosphere for a great casual lunch or dinner. Will be back! The chefs wife is pretty cool too!

Good food, made fresh to order. Stopped in, more or less, on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of staff. Small restaurant and pretty informal - Order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. Prices are good. I will go again and wouldnt hesitate to tell friends to eat there.

The food here is great. Everything is a very reasonable price. I went here with some friends and we had the best experience. Its very clearly a small family-owned operation which gives it a really pleasant "homey" feel. The decor is eye-catching, but not distracting. The food was wonderful. I will definitely be going back.

I loved this place. Its officially my favorite local seafood place. I had the shrimp platter with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Came out hot and fresh like any fried seafood place should. Staff was super friendly and came by to ask if everything was alright like a sit down restaurant. A must come back place for sure.

We were looking for a late breakfast place on a Sunday and when we could not find anything we came across Fry Me 2 The Moon we had to try it based upon the reviews. The reviews are correct! Everything was fresh tasting and delicious. We will be back. Simple and fresh!

It was good. I love fried food but after all is said and done it was almost a bit too much fried. Agreed this was my own fault in what I ordered but the food while good just wasnt amazing. Updating the tables and chairs is needed and the child chair buckles did not work.

I just picked up carry out for one so I didnt necessarily get the full experience. The shrimp were very good, as were the hush puppies. The salad was just okay and the fries were kind of limp. Worth an occasional visit but not somewhere I would frequent often.

Fried seafood can be hit or miss. This is a HIT! Prices are reasonable and so are the portions. Food is fresh and made to order so it takes longer than fast food even though modeled on the fast food ordering process. Keep up the good value proposition.

Sorry you see a half eaten dish. I started before I remembered a review. This place is consistently great. I had grilled shrimp and wife had grilled haddock. The fries are homemade, coleslaw is good, and every time we come, we are totally satisfied.

Great food from a family run business!fantastic variety in the menu. Winner of multiple local awards! The owner is you cook and family members can be found helping out on different shifts throughout the day. Just good people who serve great food!

Ok, so what if this guy is from NY? I can forgive that because he knows how to fry great seafood! Reasonably priced. Portions might lean to the light side. But everything weve had so far has been delicious. Not one disappointment so far!
