The host was rude, she also said there was 30 to 45 min wait and it took an hour. Our waitress was also rude, she spouted out what seemed like 10 specials and then turned the corner without even asking us for our order. Once we did order our food it took more than 30 minutes. I ordered chicken alfredo and the chicken was so overcooked it was like rubber and I couldnt even eat it, the alfredo sauce was so thin the pasta looked like it was sitting in milk. I have worked at at restaurant for many years and I know things happen, and I rarely send food back. The rest of my family ate their food, however they were not impressed. Another 20 minutes went by and I finally got my replacement beef ravioli and by that point all of my family had already finished their food so I asked for mine to go. After that was boxed up a man came by and asked each of us how our experience was and everyone was positive and I told him that I had to send my food back. He said "okay, Im sorry to hear that" and he just moved on to the next table. Im assuming he was a part of management and was just making rounds like a robot and didnt have a care in the world about someone being unhappy. He was just walking around for show. Once I got home and actually looked what was boxed up we had paid more than $15 for 6 raviolis that was not worth the price. I can assure you my family will never return to this restaurant again, we would be better off just going down the street to Carrabbas. Better food and better service at Carrabbas.

The Saturday evening after Christmas, I decided to take my mother in law and family out to eat. I heard of the restaurant Casa Nuova through a friend and thought that this sounded like the perfect place to go. My mother in law tends to be very difficult to deal with, so I was a little uneasy taking her out. It didn’t help when the restaurant was overly crowded and we had a 30 min wait. The wait seemed to drag on and we were about to leave right when a gentleman approached us and greeted us to the restaurant and within 5 mins we were hooked. I can now see why people raved about this place. This gentleman’s name was Paul, he was very enthusiastic, and right away saw how frustrated my mother in law was and immediately made jokes and connected with her. He made her time even better and relieved all of the stress of the night. Paul offered us different dishes that I have never heard of. We took his suggestions and the food turned out to be even better then what I hoped. My mother in law is never really impressed by restaurant food but this is the first pace that she has not stopped talking about. We will be coming here much more often not just for the food and the amazing staff but to say hello to Paul. Thank you so much for everything you did for my family. Can’t wait to see you again.

This place is amazing. You made need to wait a short few minutes at the door to get in (because its so popular), it is well worth it! The owner is amazingly authentic and friendly. Wait staff is always on par and offers up excellent recommendations. There are not many places where I would trust the waitstaff with picking my entire meal, but this is it! Wine menu is excellent and the food is to die for. We had the seafood this time - which is always good. I have found that their food is not in the traditional "American Italian" meaning not just fattening cheese everywhere. There best entrees are their meats/seafoods with veggies. Their veggies are yummy since they grow them in their personal garden. As always, a true sense of family is dealt out here. I would recommend as the most authentic Italian restaurant in the area ever.

I was treated so well, felt like I was in someones home. Juans wine suggestions were spot on. The roscato rosso was a perfect way to start the meal paired with the special, clams Casa Nuova. They were salty and briny and cheesy perfection! Im a sucker for a chicken parmesan, and it was amazing. Crispy chicken, homemade marinara, with a side of tomatoey pasta. Outstanding! I didnt need it, but I finished my meal with their homemade blueberry cheesecake. Salty graham base with creamy cheesecake. And the ripples of blueberry throughout were decadent and delicious. It was a perfect end to a perfect meal. If you havent been, go. Go now. The incredible dinner was second only to the hospitality. Thank you for your kindness, the impeccable service, and the wonderful evening.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME! The service was outstanding! I have food allergies and have NEVER in my life been to an Italian restaurant that is ALLERGY-FRIENDLY! It says right on the menu that they accommodate dietary needs. They were kind, patient and got my food right. It was delicious and I was assured there was no cross-contamination in the kitchen. If that hadnt been true, I would have known immediately because I would have had a reaction. I would travel the 45 miles from my house JUST to eat here again because the experience was as excellent as the very high quality food. Finally, Maria, the owner, is a wonderful human being. She helps raise money for the community and treats every customer like family. I cant say enough good about this place!

Casa Nuova was recommended to us by some friends so we decided to give it a try. We made reservations for a Saturday night. When we arrived the restaurant was "packed" with a number of patrons still waiting in the bar area and outside the restaurant for their tables. ( A good sign ) We were greeted by the hostess/owner Maria and proceeded to the bar area for a cocktail while we awaited our table. Once seated the entire dining experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The menu and nightly specials were all tempting and hard to decide on what to order. The food, yes the food, was absolutely delicious. We are now hooked and will become frequent diners at this lovely Italian restaurant.

My husband and I stumbled upon Casa Nuova when I did a search online for a nice italian restaurant in our area - boy am I happy that I did. Casa Nuova offers a warm, cozy and romantic setting. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food is out of this world. What we ordered: Stuffed mushrooms, Minestroni soup, Cannelloni Florentina, Chicken Parmigiana, Chocolate Cake w/ Raspberry sauce, San Pellegrino (large bottle). Everything was outstanding! My husband and I are new to the area, so we always try to find that special place to frequent and also to bring our family when they visit. We cant wait to go back to try everything else this wonderful restaurant has to offer. See you soon!

We have been to Italy and enjoyed some fine dining while there. We also lived near Boston and visited many of the 72 plus Italian restaurants in the North End. Our own Casa Nuova in Alpharetta stands out as better than any other Italian restaurant than we have visited. All of the dishes are outstanding. The only frustrating thing is that there are so many to choose from. Their remarkably diverse daily specials complicate the choice. Not only is the food outstanding, the warm, friendly, and caring wait staff is very special too. It is always crowded with tables very close together which gives the entire restaurant a closeness and family feeling.
