Went to my friends girlfriends birthday dinner party. We probably have 15-18 people upstairs.. The food was alright, burger had a weird twangy taste to it and the fries were cold and taste like McDonalds fries without salt. The manager yelled at us because she called out the food twice and no one ordered it. The other waiter, Ana, was great though. Very nice . They have $1 natty lights so thats a good time.

Went in tonight (9/26/16) with my husband for a quick dinner. Our server (didnt catch her name, but she was the only one working the floor) was excellent. Food was great as well. He had the rise and shine burger, and I had the pimento cheese nachos. We dont come to Carrolton often, but if we ever find ourselves in the area again, well definitely stop by.

I Enjoy the experience here. Nice respectfull staff. " A hig end hole in the wall. " The chicken lickin wrap is definitely a favorite of mine. I have not had a bad experience here. Portions are very satisfying. Glad to have a great place like the city tavern.
