I recommend you go an extra 10 mins to the next subway as the other review says. We live by lake lanier and this one is convenient for us but tonights the last chance theyll ever get from us. Ill drive 30 mins to another one before i step foot in that one again. Im typing this as i eat my $8 foot long of honey oat BREAD. The meat portions have always been way under what they should be but weve dealt with that for a while but Im done. The owner/manager whatever she is snatched the scoop the worker was using and scraped 1/3 of the steak off the scoop she was using and then scattered it over the bread. Shes done similar things before but we must be stupid and she realizes that since we keep coming back so she thinks its ok. Anywayssss...i had an aha moment this time and thought...if theyre THAT skimpy on the food and veggies...what else are they skimping on?! Food for thought.....

I only came here because its about 4:30 on a Sunday and Vinnnys isnt open yet. I dont eat pork so turkey is my go-to sandwich. The place was empty and clean. The lady behind the counter didnt rush me and made my turkey sandwich just the way I asked. I made it a combo with a 22 oz drink and Sun Chips. For my beverage I got Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr. Pepper. As close to Atlanta as this place was, it was nice to have something other than a Coke product. The overhead music was 90s pop, which isnt my favorite, but it certainly could have been worse. The sandwich was warm and fresh, the chips were crisp and flavorful, and the soda was cold and fizzy. If you find yourself in the area of I-985 and Lanier Island Parkway, stop in.

Foods always great, but service was horrible. Owner was very disrespectful. Forgot to charge a friend with bacon, tried to charge after he had already started eating, then began to raise hell. The owner went as far as telling him to shut up and leave when he responded that it wasnt fair. Poor quality customer service, rolling his eyes, rushing food orders. No professionalism here, if I were you Id take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the next Subway. Not too mention, his chest hair was overflowing way out of his shirt, I wouldnt be surprised if a few sandwiches were contaminated.

Just went in to pick up a sandwich before work. No one in there but me the lady behind the counter is not taking any care at all making my sandwich. I tell her Im not happy with what she is doing, she replies Im sorry Im by my self tonight and continues what she is doing. So its my fault she is short handed and my sandwich is half way made. And may I remind you no one else was in there. Do yourself a favor eat some where that they care about the customers and the job they do.

Son went to this location to get a pizza on the go and the employee took forever to make it. Weve visited this Subway many times and certain staff members seem to work very hard at being friendly. The food is what youd expect from any Subway franchise. Bring your camper and magazine for the wait, really. The snail pace of the employees hurts this location during busy times when working professionals get impatient.

Its one oclock. Line all the way at the door. Two employees only!!!. One of them working with one hand behind his back....and looking like not awake yet. People looking around being anxious...... Just a few toppings on the sandwich. Had to ask for more. Verry bad experience!!!. Thank God i had more than one hour for lunch . Not thinking to go back any time soon.

You know what I find funny about this place? People in general? You have to complain online, you cant ask for the managers number, you cant call during the day. Its easy. She will listen to you. I dont know why you dont. So, instead of complaining on the internet, why dont you be an ADULT and tell someone about whatever is going on.

This is the best Subway anywhere. I eat a lot of subway, and this one is awesome. The people are super-nice, food is always fresh, store is immaculate, portions are good. The total opposite of the one on 20. Go one exit north its so much better.

Super slow service. The employees were very disinterested in moving the line along and were so skimpy with the veggies. They could also really do some cleaning as the restaurant is dirty. Not planning on coming back any time in the near future

I dont care for this Subway. Store does not look clean, they are always running out of stuff and owner doesnt seem to care. Recently, on one visit they were out of all non diet sodas, Sweet tea, tomatoes lettuce.
