During my last few visits, this location has not been adequately staffed to allow them to operate during the business hours that are published online as well as on their front door. Last night I arrived at 8:47 (maybe a few minutes before that) to find the front door locked with no other indication that they were closed. All lights were still on, including the OPEN sign and customers were still inside. I knocked on the door several times to try to get an understanding of why they were closed and the employee refused to aknowledge my presence. One customer came to the door to advocate on my behalf. He was told that the business closes at 10:00 p.m. The employee also mentioned that he was a student, that he couldnt work past a certain time, and that he needed to allow time for cleanup. Long story short, Ill never eat here again. I dont blame the stud now/employee because he probably doesnt have enough experience to know how to rationalize and make decisions in these type of situations. I definitely did not feel appreciated as a frequent Subway customer and the lack of respect for peoples time seems to be a consistent pattern.

I went to the shop tonight and the kid behind the counter was weariing a stocking cap halfway on his head and his pants were down below his butt cheeks. That was bad enough but I watched him make sandwiches for several customers with gloves on, hike up and adjust his pants so they would stay just below his butt cheeks, with the same gloves on, scratch his head and play with hiss hat, with the same gloves on still, and continue to handle food, with the same gloves on. It was enough to turn my stomach and we decided to go next door for a pizza. Disgusting and very unhygenic not to mention how absolutely unproffesional to allow an employee to work with his ass hanging out. I have pictures and am sending them to the corporate office.

I went there to get advertised $6 footlong on ALL subs for the month of February as advertised on T.V. I was told per management you can only get the classic subs for $6 which is pretty much the subs that has always been $6. However not the premium subs such as roast beef, chicken breast etc...Ive since went to 3 other Subways and they all honor the televised advertisment. I eat at this subway often and its disappointing that this location is cheating their loyal customers out of a special thats meant to show customer appreciation.

Dont buy the chopped salad it is $1 to $1.50 higher than the rest of Metro ATL. You can get a better quality salad from Zaxbys for the same exact price! $8.02. Cashier was very condescending when I asked how she was charging me.

I was a regular customer for years but I had very bad experience last week. The boy was very rude with me and he was arguing with other customers behind me. He made me a nasty sandwich and bread was very hard as a rock.
