These people obviously do not want to stay in business. I went in to order dinner for my family at about 7pm on 5/4/11. There were ZERO customers in the store. There was one employee emptying trash in the dining area. When I walked in, the bells on the door rang. So, it was pretty obvious that I had entered. I went up to the counter to place my order and nobody was there. I waited for some kind of acknowledgement and still nothing. The girl emptying trash continued to do so. After a couple of minutes I turned and walked out. I guess my money wasnt good enough for them. Instead of spending $20 at this Subway, I went to Hardees across the street and fed everyone for only $9.40. You would think that in this economy businesses would strive to maintain customer satisfaction. I work in customer service and I understand that the employee was doing something when I arrived, but at the very least she could have said "Ill be with you in just a moment." Any type of acknowledgement would have been nice. I will never give this location my money again. I went back a few minutes after I left and the employee was still doing the same thing. I said "Excuse me. What is the managers name?" She looked at me with attitude written all over her face and replied "Maribel". I also found out that this location is independently owned. Looking forward to seeing it go out of business VERY soon.

The owner is rude and refuses to do anything out front, even if the hourly employees are drowning in customers. They rip you off on all portion sizes. They refused to use a gift card one day because the terminal was restarting, when I asked if we could do it after we ate, they said, "no". Another day I went in there they busted a man for counterfeit money, it was an old $10 bill from the 50s he said, "look at the date". Apparently his bank gave it to him, at any rate they took the "fake bills" and would not give them back. They threatened to call the cops if he did not leave. A quick Google search showed that old bills sometimes do not pass the marker test. Lesson: Avoid at all costs!

Terrible customer service. Every time I go in there its yet another issue. Only reason why I go is because its next to my work. Everything from down terminals to portion sizes. I was told they couldnt take my cash because its impossible to figure out the total because the computers were down :-( ITS CASH!

This is my favorite subway i went in there and derek and jonathan were very nice and respectful young men they made my sandwhiches perfect and in an timely manner i recommend anybody looking for a subway in the area to choose this location i know i will be back

Went there Saturday night and had one of the best services Ive ever had, friendly down to earth staff, Ill be back just to tip the gentleman who took care of me when I get the chance, thanks Tj and friend (your name wasnt on the reciept)

Past two visits have been terrible, I they made me a 6 inch sub that was actually 4 inches.. later that week they only added 6 meatballs and 3 slices of cheese on a 12 inch sub. Theyre letting the new guy get away with too much.
