I never do these sorts of reviews, but Ive recently found some negative ones for Cafe Hot Wing and wanted to do my best to offset them. I have been eating at this place since for over fifteen years and have had nothing but a perfect experience there. Im very confused by the reviews saying the people working there are rude as both the husband and wife have always been nothing but friendly with my entire family. Its clear the husband knows far less English than his wife so his responses are usually shorter than hers, but over the years even that has changed as his use of our language has gotten better. The wings are smaller than youd expect going in, which I actually prefer since it means theyre crispier and taste far better in my opinion. Other wing places Ive gone to usually have soggier wings that just arent as appealing to me even if I request them to be well done. Dont even get me started on the sauce or cooking method they use as I dont know what theyre doing, but it works. The wife (I only now realize we dont know either of their names) will frequently check on you to see if you need a refill or anything else and always has a smile on her face. Cafe Hot Wing is hands down my favorite location to eat at (or bring food home from) at least once a week and I always feel welcomed when I do so. I highly recommend giving them a shot if youre in the area. Its the place I and my family like bringing friends to for the first time and none of them have ever complained about the service or food afterwards.

A friend and I sat down tonight at 9:30 and ordered 20 wings and a half pitcher of beer. Upon walking in we were greeted by the female owner screaming at us and into the phone "WHAT". After placing only half of our order we were told to sit down. Fifteen minutes later, we recieved our half order. The wings were small but tasteful. But at 9:53 the owner walked over, shut down our T.V. We let him know we were still watching it as he walked to turn off the other T.V and the neons. He informed us that they were closed and we had been there eating for 30 minutes already and we needed to hurry. Shocked and offended we ate the remainder of our wings. Meanwhile they took 2 more walk-in orders. At 10:05 they asked (actually more like demanded) that we were finished and took our plates. One stood at the register screaming $18.01. The other blocked the entrance, I guess expecting us to run out on the bill. We really should have. Horrible service the entire time. Cafe Wing Maxx in Hiram, Ga and many other places have far better wings.

I have been eating food from cafe hot wing off and on for a while now, I usually avoid it because most of the menu items Ive tried are not very good. But it is convenient for me... Yesterday I called in an order for some poppers and cheesesticks to go with a burger from another place, I get my other food and go here to get my sides and they start cooking my order then, after I had waited and showed up when they told me to, then I get my food back to the office and the popppers are overcooked, but that is alright, what isnt alright is that they took the freshly fried food and threy it into styrofoam containers which melted on the food. This is not the first time I have been dissapointed by Cafe Hot Wing, but it will be the last! also, the wings are tiny, not worth it.

Ok, first of all the Asian guy that works the counter and serves is completely disrespectful and hateful. I have lived in the area my whole life, I have ate at this restaurant several times before it was taken over by this guy and it was great! Now, the hot wings are the size of my pinky finger, the prices are outrageous. I took my wife and kids in to eat lunch, I had my 6 month old son sitting in his car seat on the table while we fed him waiting on our food. The guy starting yelling at us saying we were going to scratch his table and then tried to remove my son from the table! The guy backed off when he realized he was going to have foot up his A**. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

We have been going here for over 8 years now and have to say still love it. The owners are really nice but need to hire a waitress/waiter i will say every time we go were the only ones there but they do mostly to go orders the place could use a facelift since it was a Pizza Hut at one time. The wings are on the small side but perfectly cooked and juicy and always steaming hot when they come out. The sauce is a hot peppery vinegar base with added spices and the lemon pepper really good and if you like teriyaki there really good.Prices are reasonable and dont play the video games they dont work well and still hasnt fixed them in over a year.

Came to Georgia for business yesterday and we ended up here after feeling unwelcome at another restaurant. We initially thought this would be a hidden gem with great food and this wasnt exactly what we thought. It was a hole in the wall, mom and pop place (which is cool) and the food tasted okay but still disappointing. The service was great and the food was hot nonetheless. Bottom line: the rice wasnt fried, the chicken wings are TINY and we were over charged. We ate it since we were starving but next time we will risk driving into downtown Atlanta in 5 oclock traffic instead of settling.

The food here is nothing to complain about its very tasty and the service is fast. My only complaint about the place is the wing size. They have gone up in price and down in wing size twice since i have moved to Austell. Now the recipe they have for the wings are great...So all in all the food is good there for a local joint but i did notice there food service score was 83 or 85...i didnt like that very much but hey...its a fast food joint

Let me start off by saying I like my wings small. No hormones.... The husband and wife and their daughter are the best. The wings are the best in Atlanta, hands down! Their ranch dressing is so good that it makes the french fries even better than they already are. I love this place and they are the only place Ill eat wings from! In fact my boyfriend and I will eat them tonight! Please dont ever change.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Have been coming for a while and they never disappoint. The owners are very nice especially the daughter. They remember your face and thats nice. The wings are small(not too small though) but that how i like mine. And the blue cheese is house made.......to die for. Oh My Gosh! Try em out if u are in the Austell Area.

Best Hot Wings I have ever had!!! The sauce is perfect. I always get 20 Hot. There is only 1 problem I have with them... The wings are TOO SMALL!!!! You have to order more than usual to get full. The recipe is definitely down pat, so no complaints there!!! Try them out!!! <3 Leann Kirby Atlanta, GA
