Food is great, and usually not that crowded, but it definitely seems like theyre always lacking in staff. The wait times, in more than several occasions, seems to be a LOT longer than youd expect, even with light customers. I can probably guess this is due to pickup orders, but its a bit deceiving when youre seeing 2 or 3 people in line and it takes a total of 15min stand in line and get your food. The staff is quick to apologize and are usually very friendly. Ill eat here again, but Id make sure to expect a longer wait than youd expect from other Paneras

went thru drive thru this morning ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel sliced and toasted w/plain cream cheese - along with 2 flip flop cookies- what i got was a sliced cold bagel- no cream cheese and 1 cookie- so as i am work i call them and the girl who answered said i am sorry- come in and we will correct it- i am at work - until 5 - well i will mail you a coupon- meanwhile i wasted 9 dollars - when i said i could not come in she stated well its your choice but i cant help ya out - horrible service and customer service on correcting THEIR mistake-

I called the Panera Bread in Florence, KY at 3:00 PM on Tuesday afternoon. I asked if they could make 110 Breakfast Sandwiches that I could pickup on Wednesday Morning. They told me they would have them ready by 7:00AM. They had me out the door and my way by 7:00AM. They are a fantastic group. They have done this for me on more than one occasion and I am very appreciative of their help and their professionalism. They are a great team with great attitudes no matter when you go in that store. I cannot say enough about the catering team. Great Job!!!!

I love going to the Panera Bread in Florence! I always get great customer service.. The staff is so friendly and the food is always amazing! I usually go at least one a week (if not more ;) ) and there was only one time we waited for our food for about ten minutes. The manger came up to us and said you should never have to wait that long for good food and gave me and my significant other free dessert. It was nice know that they care about their customers and want to make sure we come back for their amazing food!

My fiancé is pregnant, needless to say she has been living on Panera Bread! They have excellent healthy choices. Her personal favorite is their broccoli and cheddar soup, it is made to perfection! Their bread is always made fresh and warm! They have excellent brownies, but they have other delicious deserts as well as bagels, Paninis, salads, and more! Its definitely a family friendly, healthier more filling option than other fast foods! We definitely recommend to anyone we talk to!

The food hasnt been the problem.. its the fact that multiply times I have watched as I go through the drive through.. they do not change there gloves.. they will take your card or cash with their gloves on and then with the same gloves, they go grab the bread and other things to prepare your food.. that is disgusting. I have made comments before and no one does anything, will not be going back to this location. Unsanitary.

I absolutely love Panera! They have wonderful guilt free options! The broccoli and cheddar soup is my all time favorite! The sweet tea here is hands down my all time favorite, out of everywhere Ive been! They have delicious deserts, big chocolate chip cookies, chocolate pastries, and etc. Ive never had a bad experience here, everyone is so friendly and the environment is relaxing!

Very nice staff and typically quick service. Definitely a great Panera. They no longer carry sweet tea for fellow Southerners. Access to power outlets is limited and during peak hours it can be difficult to get one. They do a lot of business so every so often when I come they will be out of a certain item (blueberry cream cheese, whole grain bagel etc.) but are typically great.

Slow service and not very accommodating. I prefer the Crestview Hills location MUCH more. Every time I come to florence location customers always seem very annoyed & the place is chaos. It is also aggravating to me that they cant make a blueberry yogurt parfait, only strawberry, but the CVH location makes it without question or confusion.

Worse service ever and I always go in there and get 3 dozen bagels for where I work its sad that a regular customer gets treated like this .not only once but three times way to go so I guess ill be telling all my friends on Facebook about the service at the Florence ky store this morning and the last 2 times.

Panara claims not to use any soy or msg unless its naturally occurring, but the last two times Ive eaten there, my digestive tract has said otherwise, as I am highly intolerant of soy protein. No more Panara for me and if you have the same problem, I caution you against it as well.

Awful! Was told that iced coffee was seasonal. Thats a lie. Almost every panera has it! Not much on breakfast selection. Slow service. Had no idea what they were doing. Go to crestview hills not this one. Better service, food, and coffee selection! Worse panera ever!

Food is good, but multiple times weve ordered ahead to find theyve lost the order, and stocked out of product. Have had multiple orders completed incorrectly. Seems to be lots of confusion among the staff.

This is a nice place for a sandwich or a bowl of soup or salad, with casual seating, tables, and booths. The food is good. The breads and pastries are very tasty. Expect to clean up after yourself.

Horrible experiences..Forgotten items repeatedly on Salads, sandwiches, etc.. Manager "Casey" was extremely unhelpful and will not resolve issues when called.. Will never visit this store again!

Not the best Panera Ive been to. Caesar salad went to ground parmesan instead of the sliced cheese they used to have. Sandwhich was poorly assembled. Everything tasted great though.

The soup bowl is my favorite dish here. It is delicious and very affordable. They were out of bread for their Paninis when I came and had to opt for a different, lower quality bread.
