To start I think what made me consider visiting a Hamilton restaurant is the effort and results seen in the refurbishing the streets from route 4 to downtown Hamilton. The atmosphere is changing and this establishment single handily changed my opinion of Hamilton. I actually felt pride to live close to a business worth talking about. I brought my family with my 2 year old and newborn and I was comfortable and felt very welcomed. The food was top notch and so was the employees. I had a pig omelet and everything on my plate was well portioned and I enjoyed every trip my fork took to my mouth. I have honestly never been jealous of what was on my 2 year olds plate as it was very tasty and well portioned. The iced coffee had me wanting to max out my credit card visiting the counter for more. I recommend this to everyone who enjoys not only food but life in general.

Best place for lunch in town! If you havent eaten here maybe you shouldnt because once you do it will ruin every other eatery in town for you. I havent had anything I didnt like to date. The salads are the best in town, period. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Alive After 5 specials are always great. High Street Cafe is one of 2 places I enjoy eating if I am not up to cooking. The only down side is that the dining room is small and that they arent open evenings or Saturdays. I can not say enough good things about this place. Love dining here with my family!

This is a wonderful little restaurant and I am so happy it is in our town. I have eaten there several times and the food was great each time. I also thought the prices were extremely fair, since it is quality food, not McDonalds. We are having an event in their very nice party room in April and I cant wait to try what the chef prepares for us! I just wish they served dinner.

Every food I have tried from this place is amazing. I suggest suggest the blackened chicken sandwich. The restaurant itself also looks nicely put together inside, they have some items you can shop from in the front of the place. (like Don popps honey, Amish made good, some antiques even). Everyone working there has always been friendly as well.

I went here for breakfast instead of the normal chain restaurants. The food was absolutely delicious (three pigs omelette and banana chocolate chip pancakes). Two people split this and couldnt finish it. I have lived in the area for years and have never been here. My loss. Great local business to support.

Wow. What a great place for breakfast. Large tasty portions, great coffee, interesting venue and great people running the business. The Breakfast Burrito was outstanding. Really enjoyed our breakfast there earlier this week.

A small cafe I barely noticed right on high st. Across from the govenment bldg. I would go there often if I didnt live so far away. Great food, great options, great service! Very busy, but we got in and out very quickly.

High Street Cafe is a great place eat in Hamilton. They serve wonderful homemade breakfast and lunch dishes along with some bakery treats. Weve also purchased a premade meal at Christmas that was incredible.

Has some awesome decor. Antique items line the walls. Coffee is great and they have food too. They are on the main street which is cool to watch when you are outside. A little hard to find close parking.

Just had the chicken berry salad with blackened chicken and it was legit. Fresh lettuce and berries, candied walnuts. Got to eat outside on the sidewalk on a beautiful day. It was great!
