This store is awful. We are a black couple who happen to live near here, and found is helpful to get last minute groceries etc. Every time either of us go to the store, the story is the same: we are followed by dimwit (often black) staff and looked at with suspicion. We thought we were paranoid being as we are from a different country and not used to this kind of backward offensive treatment, however a friend came to visit us and stopped off at the store before coming to visit...she told us that she had been watched by a black male member of staff and noticed that white customers are greeted by staff while she was ignored. Most disappointing but when we go back to Europe we can tell them that Southern racism is not a myth, rather it is alive & kicking at Publix grocery stores and, sadly, American blacks are incredibly stupid.

Terrible location, its located in an extremely busy shopping center located off an extremely busy road. Since youll be driving here, its not fun to get to. Not walkable nor bikeable. This store is slightly bigger than the average publix and its clean. They also have live lobster which is something youll never see in the midtown publix haha its Buckhead. I didnt have any issues with the products as the other reviews have mentioned and the staff seemed fine to me. Obviously go here if you live next door, otherwise I think Ill pass.

This is the worst publix I have ever been to. Every time I go there they demolish any product I get. They put peaches in with cans or frozen items that bruise or puncture the fruit. They have the most unhelpful staff and with the wort attitudes. Not thats I ever take them up on the offer to take my groceries to my car, but they have never even asked at this location. For such a nice part of town youd expect a little more. Its pathetic and I will never go back to that store again.

Not in the best location, unless you live nearby. Thats the only reason Im giving it 4/5. Every time Ive been in this particular Publix its always been very clean, well-stocked, and the staff are great. One gentleman in particular, Henry, makes a visit much more enjoyable. My only beef with Publix, in general, is that they are a bit more expensive than Kroger or Wayfield. However, since they usually have items that most stores dont carry, I can understand the higher prices.

Hi. I am 55 years old and almost never write reviews, but I found the comments for this store not quite right. Firstly, if it is a bad location, why did you all go there? Enough said. We have been shopping here for two years and find the long time regular employees very nice an helpful. They will go out of their way to help you find things, answer questions, or prepare a tray of something special. Just ask. Nice folks.

The staff is great and the store is always clean, just as youd expect from any Publix. Unfortunately this location suffers from its small footprint. Selection and stock seems to be limited especially when it comes to meats and fresh produce. Aside from that they do a great job for a convenient neighborhood grocer.

This is a review against their location than the place itself. Its what youd expect of a solid super market, unfortunately its located in an extremely busy place and getting any parking at all is going to be a major challenge. Id suggest the spot at Howell Mill.

It is the same generic Publix, with great customer service, a better than average in store deli, and great 2 for 1 deals like sliced cheddar. Really, they are all the same here in Atlanta

Selection is smaller than most off the larger publixs and things were in weird places. Nobody was in the bakery to help. But everyone was friendly otherwise. Checkout was fast as well.
