I loved this placed until a couple months ago. I came here at least 2 or 3 times a week and waited patiently every time at least 30 minutes for my order and never complained. The last time I was there I called in my order a head of time and got there and waited another 45 minutes for him to complete my order. When I went to pay he took my car and then started packing up 3 sandwiches. I nicely explained to him I did not order e sandwiches after he had already charged me for 3 and he started to scream at me. He told me he did not misunderstand and has never had a misunderstanding like that in his life. He just kept shaking his head and saying no!! I got so angry and finally told him that I was only taking one sandwich and to refund me for the other. The lady behind me said "oh my god Ill take one!" because she had been waiting over an hour for her order! He proceeds to pound so hard onto the cash register to let me know how mad he is that he misunderstood me! I was shocked by the whole thing especially because they know me and I was a loyal customer but I will never be back! Terrible customer service

This place has good food but the worse customer service I have ever had. Sometimes the wait is about 1 hour long. Today in particular I faxed my order at 1030am just so it would be ready when I get there but I was wrong. I wrote my order down but they still managed to give me the wrong order and the manager said he is sorry but he can not make my order over.I was so upset that I had to just leave and not say anything crazy.

I tried all the sandwiches in the menu! They are all good! The soup of the day is always hot and fresh. A little bit slow though since they cook each sandwich one at a time. But that raises up the quality! So do try them and please help support them! Appletree is owned by a very nice and polite couple.

Fresh as fresh gets! Everything is prepared in front of you. Scrumptious salads, sandwiches and soups. Avoid at peak times as there are only 2 of them there and they do it all fresh so it takes a minute. Delish!!!!

I just paid 8$ for a gyro that had literally two little square slabs of what barely resembled lamb. This is what Boars head near look like? Nah. Big waste of money had to go to the dunkin next door to get full.

I eat here all the time, and love the place. Each meal is hand made in front of you, from scratch, not pre cut and assembled crap from Subway. Its worth stopping here if you work close by. A+ in my book.
