I love UDF malts and shakes and have for decades. But their prices seem to go up 3 to 4 times a year. Just 2 years ago, I could get a 24oz malt for about $3.49, now it is $4.29. The prices go up around 15 cents each time. While I understand prices go up, they are seemingly understaffed when it gets busy and considering the good business, and the high prices, one would think theyd staff accordingly. Then when the associate feels rushed, they sometimes get testy at customers waiting, even though the customer doesnt complain. Ive seen customers buying items waiting in line to pay, then after too long, they put back the product and they leave after deciding not to wait. I actually feel bad for the employees because they do work hard. If the price keeps getting higher, I will be making my own malts at home, but I do love their malts.
