Arrived 7:45 last night and was promptly greeted and seated by a very nice gentleman. At 8:10 our server finally showed up and took our drink and food order. At 8:25 our two beers and a glass of wine arrived. And my Black and Tan looked like it had been sitting for most all of that 15 minutes. No head on the Guinness and no distinction between the two. Also at that point my wife had to ask if we could have silverware and napkins on the assumption that our food would eventually arrive and we might need them, a thought that had clearly eluded our server. At 8:45 our food finally arrived. We didnt dare order another round of drinks. An hour wait for average food is unacceptable and to wait 25 minutes to get a beer or even an acknowledgement from our server in an Irish pub is like a punchline to a bad joke. And to make it worse, Several tables around us that were seated after us were being served drinks and food before we even saw a server to get our drinks ordered. It was like we were invisible to every employee who walked past us, including the one who finally did become our server. It wasnt till our meal was finished and we asked for the check that our server suddenly became attentive. And as we were waited for our check to arrive a manager suddenly appeared and was doing damage control at the table next to us for an obviously botched order. Where was she during the course of the night. Obviously not walking the floor, observing and checking with customers to smooth over any glitches in this recently opened establishment. First time for us at this new restaurant and likely our last.

Looking for an alternative Wednesday evening spot to augment Riverside Cafe. This wont be it. Ordered stuffed cabbage. Good but not great. Was supposed to be stuffed with beef, not lamb. They covered the cabbage and mashed potatoes(off the truck), with "ott" gravy, not tomato sauce as stated in the menu. Prices were good. $4 bottled beer. No house wine, so wife had pay more for a more expensive label. The restaurant was dark and drab. Dark green with black accents. NO HAPPY hour. Seriously!!! I was there with several other friends and no one rated their meal above 7 out of 10. The restaurant is new, and there were a ton of snowbirds there, which begs the question how well will they do long term. Unless they developed a compelling identity that gives you good reason to return, they may not survive the year. I know my group has no immediate plans on going back.

Our first visit to Sean Ryan Pub, was on St Patricks Day..probably the busiest day of the year for an Irish Pub..to make things even more challenging, they have only been open 8 days. Despite both those factors, we could not have had a better experience. Even though the bar was packed with people, we were seated immediately; our waitress, Katelyn, was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent! The corned beef and cabbage plate was huge and delicious. The fish and chips was lightly battered, crispy and piping hot. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners, Stephanie and Sean, who checked to make sure our experience was a good one. We will certainly be adding Sean Ryans to our list of Vero favorites!

Had an awesome time there my sausage roll app was amazing, followed by out of this world beef stew. My server, Loriann, was one of a kind! She went above and beyond the call of duty making my experience all the more enjoyable! Will definitely spread the word about the new hot spot in town! Thanks again to all who made my night most memorable. (Especially Loriann!)

Disappointed. Does not have the Irish pub feel. Food was just OK, nothing special. Very small portions and a little on the higher side for pricing. Six dollars or more for a beer definitely wont have us going there for drinks. We were really excited to hear an Irish pub was coming to town, but that balloon deflated quickly after our first experience.

Disappointing. We love pubs, however, this one fell short of our expectations. The interior is charmless and uninteresting- one big room without any architectural or decorative interest. We sat at the bar and, although the staff was very attentive and friendly, the food did not make up for the lack of ambiance.

Large bar in the middle of the room with tables and booths around the outside of the room. Food and service were both good and efficient. Fairly quiet for a Thursday evening which was nice, seems like if the place was full it would be quite loud. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Service is great food is ok. Was surprised that at 7pm on a Saturday the place was dead. The place was a little dark and the seasoning on my food was lacking. I never salt my food and I found it bland. I dont drink so I dont think Im the demographic that normally eats there.

Sean Ryan is what Vero Beach has been needing for years. Been 4 ties now and each time it gets better and better. The food is amazing and the drink selection is AWESOME! If you are looking for a great place to go with family and friends this is the place.

This place one of the nicest Irish Pubs around. We were up from West Palm Beach and the food was fantastic! They have Kilkenny Beer, one of a handful of bars to carry it on the east coast. We went on a Sunday and it wasnt crowded. Try this pub!!

The interior of the restaurant was beautiful. The bar is big and open with lots of room to move around. I had the Macaroni and cheese with Short rib and it was amazing! Great location in downtown Vero Beach.
